Most Auto zones are pretty reasonable for all of your automotive needs. I also love the fact that their hours are a little more convenient than most other automotive parts stores.

I was in this store for maybe 5 minutes and walked out. The whole store reeked of weed which could be location or shoppers. Either way what I did see and hear was the use of the N word. That should not ever be used , let alone by employees talking to people in the store. At my job thats a fireable offense whether it upsets someone or not. I will still shop at Autozone just not this location.

This auto zone is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was on hold for 30mins. I drove to the location while I was on hold to see what the issue could have been. One employee was outside smoking and the other was looking at videos on his phone. I made the men aware I’m still on hold but you both are doing nothing. He said I’m so sorry but we were busy. I made the man aware you should still be busy then if I’m on hold. I’m currently at this location trying to pick up an order I placed a few days ago. They open at 7:30 it’s now 7:40. I highly do not recommend. They need to clear house and hire people who take their job serious.

Corbin is the reason I will continue to come back to this location. I was walking in to pick up my online order and he had stuck his head out to ask a previous customer if they needed help installing their brake light. I walked in, he promptly helped me, had great energy and offered to walk my super heavy rotors out to my vehicle. Told him I was strong (he was right, they were heavy!!) and then he followed me out to help the other customer get their light in their car. Cliche to say he deserves a raise but he deserves it and some praise for his customer service! Top tier!!

Got my battery replaced with no issues. Corbin the store manager was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Battery issue handled seamlessly! Thank you!
