Lady at the customer service desk refused to call another location to check inventory. Didnt even look at my rental details before trying to send me to another location 30 miles away

I had one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a while at this Avis location. The agent knew what she was doing and added just enough charm to have me smiling as I walked out of the door.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Gave me a dirty rental because I was early to my appointment then charged me $450 after I returned the car as a cleaning fee. And the car smelled like marijuana when I picked it up!! These people are NOT customer service oriented whatsoever! Had to call national office to dispute the cleaning fee... was advised that I should have called national to document the issue when I picked up the car, and I agree I should have. Waiting to hear back about my dispute now.

Worst customer service ever!
I have been using Avis for 6-7 years for both personal and business. This location brings shame to the companies image. It took 10+ calls to try and get someone to assist with one of their cars that broke down. And after all that it took 12+ hours to get a resolution.

My first and LAST visit to this place was Absolutely HORRIBLE... With the store location along with Avis the company as a whole. They're crooked, cold, total lack of compassion or care for their customers or customer issues..and the list goes on. If Avis was the only rental car company on the planet, I would walk.

I am a long-time Avis customer, regularly utilizing their mini lease program and enjoying the benefits of the highest level of Avis status.However, my recent experience at this particular branch has left me shocked and disappointed beyond imagination.Despite being accustomed to seamless transactions and occasional upgrades due to my status with Avis, this visit was marred by discriminatory treatment. My wife and I, traveling from New Jersey, opted for this location due to potential sales tax savings. Little did we anticipate the ordeal that awaited us.Initially denied the requested upgrade, we agreed to a downgrade, only to be told that our corporate identification was deemed insufficient, leading to a significant price increase. Attempting to maintain flexibility, we suggested extending our current rental through the New Jersey location. Shockingly, the keys were withheld, and we were told the vehicle could not be extended any longer.Left with no choice, we reluctantly agreed to take a smaller vehicle at a higher price. To our disbelief, even this compromise was met with resistance, as the fear of potential rate changes at other locations was cited. When requesting a short-term rental to return to New Jersey, we were accused of improper corporate ID usage and informed that we were now blacklisted from Avis.The discriminatory undertones of this encounter were evident, leaving us stranded without transportation and feeling targeted based on our ethnicity. This treatment is unacceptable, and I implore Avis to address these issues seriously.In a world striving for inclusivity, it is disheartening to encounter such blatant discrimination. I hope Avis takes corrective action to prevent similar incidents in the future.Shame on this location for fostering an environment that lacks empathy and understanding.#Avis #CustomerExperience #Discrimination #UnacceptableService

Great Location for rental options. Well maintained clean cars whenever i picked at this location. Casey and Ginger are very helpful in clarifying any questions about rentals. Easy pick up and drop off services.
