I was having a trouble of sending funds via Zelle App. I called the bank but a CS associate couldn’t resolve the issue. I decided to visit a local branch (this place) to see if they could help me resolve the issue in person.Two CS associates asked me to open the mobile app on my phone and patiently went through every step to review and resolve my issue. They were awesome! Thank you!

OMG...I cannot express enough how glad I am that I am banking with BOA..I felt sooo welcomed.(TD BANK COULD NEVA).I was with td bank for 20 some years, and never felt this welcome. From Tammi (looks like Teraji) at the front to Keyana in the office who helped my non-techy self set up my Google pay. I def made the right choice coming here.....

I recently had an excellent experience with this branch. The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service by patiently addressing all my queries and providing thorough assistance, especially Keyana is the coolest person. The banking process was smooth, and their professionalism left a positive impression. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Tammi Turner-Thompson was very kind and patient with me while I had to cash out a bunch of bonds. Although the transaction did take me quite a long time, and I would have preferred for it to have been taken care of in one of the offices instead of having to stand at the counter for over an hour, Tammi could not have been kinder. The transaction was very time consuming due to the large number of bonds that I was cashing out and she moved as efficiently as she could while taking care of other customers in the process. She kept a smile on her face and was so very pleasant. I look forward to future interactions with her.

It's totally wasted my time I was there for more than an hour for miner transaction , and still didn't got nothing done, need to better train your employees ? even the manager couldn't help

The customer service at this location is the worst. I normal do my business at the branch on Concord Pike, but I happened to be near this location. I tried to ‘cash’ a check made out to my business and they wouldn't process the transaction. They told me that it's against the bank’s policies to cash business checks. Even though I do it at the Concord Pike location all the time. When I tried to deposit the check, it was also a problem because the customer forgot to write the numbers for the check amount. They told me they couldn’t write them in and that I couldn’t write them in. I had to hunt the customer down so that he could write figures in, if I wanted to deposit the check at that location. All together it was an horrible experience.

Previous reviews on being “profiled” or racially stereotyped are true. Staff is extremely rude. They had no shame about it. The helped everyone who came after me and left me last. I like the bank but I never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never go back to this place.

After reading previous reviews, I was not optimistic about going here. Turns out I was wrong. It went smoothly. I needed to get a bank check and the gentleman helping me was polite and professional. This was in the middle of a Friday so it was not busy. My biggest gripe is the cost to get a bank check these days

The service is terrible from the tellers and the other staff. It's awful. The tellers push you to the ATM to do your banking. I am sitting at someone's desk right now for well over an hour and she keeps leaving to help other people on the teller line. This is craziness. They are the worst.

The automated system for calling is downright frustrating. It never helps, nor transfers me anywhere. I have told numerous agents about my account not letting me make payments online. No one has ever fixed the issue, so now to pay a bill, I have to commit an hour on the phone talking to a bot to finally get transferred to a live person EVERY SINGLE MONTH.
