I came in looking for a specific scent. I was not greeted despite there being around 4 employees on the shop floor. I asked for assistance and the employee looked at me, did not speak a word, and went to a different employee for me to ask for help. Neither employees looked as if they wanted to help. Instead I went to the Concord Square location, super friendly and helpful employees, bought everything I wanted and then some. I don’t go to Concord Mall much but I went out of my way to go here. I don’t plan on coming back to this location. Either Christiana Mall or Concord Square location where they have friendly/helpful employees.

I’ve always been a loyal Bath & Body Works customer, but this location was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The store was cramped, cluttered, and disorganized, making it uncomfortable to shop. While the greeter was friendly, my cashier was extremely rude—she rolled her eyes and got upset when I asked to use a coupon. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll be reaching out to headquarters to share my feedback.

My recent visit wasn't that good. The older, dark skinned woman with glasses wasn't friendly at all. No nice greeting, no thanks or your welcome. The younger girl working on the floor was nice though.
If you don't like interaction with people then maybe not work in retail.
This is the second time I encountered this too so think I will be going to other locations in the in the future and by the other comments I just read, I'm not alone.
I don't know wat it is with that area but alot of people working out there seem rude.

Everything bad I've heard about this store in particular is right. Go to Christiana Mall or Prices Corner instead. They are rude...follow you around like you're gonna steal, constantly asking what I'm looking for and when I got annoyed because I was just LOOKING she gave me attitude. When I went to purchase they had issues with everything! My rewards card, my coupon, took forever to check out. Go to a different Bath and Body Works...this one ain't it.

I asked staff for help with a coupon issue. Jazmen started off kind and helping me then randomly walked away without any answer or resolution. I asked another employee if Jazmen was still helping me and she asked in the headset. I watched Jazmen stand about 7 feet from me, speak through the headset, to the employee next to me. She got closer and still only looked at the other employee and avoided eye contact with me. I’m about 4 feet away and she still didn’t look at me while whispering into a headset with the employee. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. She didn’t have an answer for me so she walked away randomly and refused to acknowledge me? I ended up with the answer of “oh well we don’t know about app coupons, try again tomorrow”
