I visited the store yesterday to purchase braiding hair but decided a wanted a different color. So I went back to the store today but I misplaced my receipt. I had the transaction on my phone to show them I purchased the hair from their store only to be profiled. They accused me "allowing" the store clerk to ring me up for 4 packs of hair instead of 5. I didnt even have the receipt nor did I even pay attention to the receipt that 4 packs were rung up instead of 5. They were able to print my receipt to show proof of purchase. Then they tell me they will have to charge me for the 5th pack of hair a day later and took 1 pack of the hair off of the counter! Like how am I penalized for their store clerk making a mistake? The packs didnt even have the individual price stickers on the hair so how was i supposed to know the price?! After a lit of back and forth I just asked for a refund and out my card in the card reader. You know the guy had a nerve to say to me CAN YOU READ?! IT SAYS SWIPE CARD! Oh yes he got cursed out. That was so disrespectful! I was so pissed that cursing him out wasn't enough and for him to say I knew that the girl rang me up for 4 packs! Like its $5 and you're rude to your customers. Black ppl are their biggest customers and he acted like that. My only regret was not pushing all of their s*** off the counter!!! Racist assholes

We always have a great shopping experience every time we go there. They're happy to see u shopping there. Everyone is always helpful, they're patient and kind. The background music, not too loud, is good, makes u dance a little while ur shopping sometimes. The atmosphere is calm and always pleasant. We love it!?

This store is very big the people that own the store or running store seem to be very nice I've talked to a daughter-in-law as well as a son-in-law that worked there together and they are very nice very helpful very warm now I can't say that for everybody

Large selection of items yet there is comfortable available space to walk up and down the house and maneuver with a cart. Prices are decent and quality is great. Staff is welcoming and the text that work are knowledgeable and helpful.

It's a nice size store. Has almost anything you need for hair, nails lashes and cute lil purses and sparkly earrings. Thee on floor help is kinda not so great, had to hunt her down but you can get what you need I'm the store. Half wigs, full wigs, lace fronts, tracks, bride hair, etc...only bad side is this store is not into colored wigs. They have alot of basic black and brown wigs with very few colored wigs. They gotta work on getting more colors like blue, green, pink etc..
