Ruby is the BEST! I want to say that I have never found a Nail Tech who is as caring and detailed as Ruby is. Ruby, make sure to take her time and engage with each client that she’s with, she always ask me what I would like and pays attention to each photo I provide to her. She even has went above and beyond to flex her schedule to accommodate My not so flexible schedule. Hands-down Ruby is the best.
Cleanliness: Ruby always makes sure that her station is clean for each customer.

I had the worst experience here yesterday and I feel terrible writing this review because the staff was kind but the environment was extremely dirty and unsanitary. The man who did my pedicure had used tools in his bin and clearly were not cleaned or new. I knew at that point I should get up and leave but I stayed, against my own judgment. The water was freezing cold, he tried to add more hot water but it never got hotter. He told me he didn’t understand English and kind of laughed it off. I watched another tech drop tools on the floor while taking them out of the package, picked them up off the floor and put them back in the package without re sterilizing them. There is dirt and debris all over the salon pedicure chairs. It was absolutely disgusting! No salon should be using used tools PERIOD! I will add the pictures and videos to show the proof. I hope they can practice better sanitation procedures moving forward as I will be reporting them to the state. Also, my feet look terrible and actually, by the looks and feel of the pedicure you wouldn’t even know that I just had them done. It was more of a what-the-F-icure. I was also cut by the dirty/used nail file, if you take notice to my left foot but let’s hope I don’t catch some nasty infection. The polish is rippled and my cuticles actually look worse than when I walked in. He used a piece of cardboard to dry my toes! Very strange considering the salons name, I felt less than beautiful walking out. Good luck if you decide to give them a chance & I hope your experience will be better than mine.

This place is awful! My daughter and I went on Sunday and she got acrylics while I got my pedicure. She got a star put on each pointer finger. One of them didn't look very good, so she screwed up all of her courage and asked the man to fix it. She was very polite (I was sitting with her by then). His reply was that he is not a machine and she should go home and do it herself. After we left, she told me that he hadn't done any type of manicure beforehand or even pushed back her cuticles. Yesterday (Wed.), she showed me that one of her nails was lifting and they already looked grown out because of the cuticle issue. Today, my mother took her back to get the nail fixed. My mom very politely asked for the manager and said that she did not want to have the same man fix it. The "manager" spoke with the original man in their language while pointing and laughing. After waiting a while the same man from Sunday called her back to fix the nail. Apparently, she was intimidated so she allowed him to. He chastised her and said if she wanted her cuticles done, she should have said something on Sunday, not gone home and complained. Then when using the grinder, he TORE into her nailbed. Unfortunately, she didn't say anything since he'd been so nasty already and allowed him to replace the nail. We left and she started crying on the way home because he hurt her finger so badly. This place seems to have a lot of new staff and they are very rude and disgusting people.

did so good on my nails, no pain or burn or anything and absolutely did my nails so good! Not awkward or anything, asked me about college and how far I was and all kinds of stuff very enjoyable!
Requested style: i requested french tips and he did them perfectly. I had John he was amazing!

Love how you can make appointments here just to be told someone will be with you shortly because I have another appointment instead of prioritizing the person who is already been waiting!! No thank you I will not be back
Cleanliness: Very clean inside
Stylist: I was able to have 2 lovely gentleman work on my feet and hands at the same time, talk about amazing customer service!! Everything was amazing and I love my hands and feet!!

Cleanliness: This facility is great. The employees are very courteous and friendly. The service is sublime !! Li did my pedicure and I feel like a new person. I highly recommend nail service at Belle Beaute Nails. You won't be sorry !!!

I walked into the shop on 5/2 on the recommendation of a friend at work. I was greeted by a man yelling from half way in the store may I help you as he walk towards the front. I said hi as I waited for him to approach the customer service desk. He walked over to the a customer which was sitting in the front booth and said are u looking for someone? I guess you will find them. I in turn said to him it's my first time her and I was waiting for you I didn't want to be yelling half way across the shop. I stated that I was recommended to see Ruby. His attitude was a totally unprofessional and uncall for. As a business it is important to treat customers with respect. Very disappointed. Will take my business else where

I had a wedding that I was going to be in it in Sunday and I did my nails and toes last minute on Saturday. They were able to fit me in first thing in the morning and did a super great job. They were super friendly!
