Just think what kind of electronics do you need, they have it. Go there by fixing your budget and product, also don’t look at anything else. Either you would be ended up with vast knowledge of electronics by emptying your cash and credits. 😊

Went in to check a few things out. The gentleman in the doors section was friendly and helpful. Thomas waited on us today in the Wilmington store on 202. Such a knowledgeable young man. Smart and good at sales. He not only helped us out with the purchase, but he steered us all the way through to set up on phones and new Galaxy watch. We walked out of the syore happy

Nice store, friendly service. Went in for a printer. Went to look and then an associate came to assist. They didn’t have the printer I wanted so he suggested another, he told me a few things-picked up the box and said he could ring me up. I wasn’t even all on board with purchasing this certain printer, felt a little pushed into the purchase, asked him a few questions about what the reviews said about machine “he” picked out for me. At least that’s how it felt for me is that this man just wants credit for sale. Told me the machine was a wireless fax if I have internet. However, once home it states I need Ethernet and machine needs to be plugged in, either to Ethernet or telephone line. So not sure what he was talking about. I like the printer so far so we will see, only time will tell. However, I’d ask your associates to question why the consumer needs certain machines versus just picking up the first discounted item in front of them and persuading consumers to purchase. He did walk away when I went back to look at printers but still, just try not to be pushy. Thank you

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit, and I truly hope that things can improve. I found it challenging to get assistance while I was looking for help, which made my shopping trip difficult. It seems like a better staff and management could really enhance the customer experience here.

Worst best buy ever, if there was a 0 star I would have left that. Went to trade in my laptop and i was having problems doing a factory reset and no one helped me. They said geek squad would do it for $100, like I wasn’t even getting that much for the trade in and they helped the person before me with resetting their trade in. They saw me struggling for 40 mins with no help, while workers were doing nothing.

I needed a new phone and Elijah was amazing. This was in huge contrast to the disaster at the Verizon store just down the road. Elijah was very knowledgeable and explained the different options. I highly recommend seeing him if you need a phone.

I purchased a laptop on October 16, 2024, labeled as new, but it has several major issues that make me question its authenticity:
Defective Display: The screen has visible horizontal lines, impacting usability.
Overheating: The laptop overheats within minutes of use, which is concerning.
Sensitive Documents Found: Upon setup, I discovered files containing government IDs dated 2022, suggesting the device was used previously.
I contacted customer service multiple times and escalated the issue within 15 days of purchase. I requested an exchange but was denied due to being hospitalized abroad and unable to return the laptop immediately. Even after explaining my circumstances and offering to courier the laptop back, my request was refused.
I am disappointed in the lack of resolution and the misrepresentation of the product as new. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Best Buy.
