Being a small business ourselves, when we needed to replace a failed camera system we sought another local small business. We found BTS, and had them install 10 cameras at our commercial property. We had them come back to install 4 more when we expanded. Will and his staff are great to work with. We're not tech savvy in the least, and they are prompt to answer any questions we have and resolve any issues, no matter how simple or complicated they may be. It's reassuring to have developed a working relationship with another great small business.

Beyond the Studs service is prompt and accurate. Their advice about our system is always appreciated. They won't have you spending money needlessly on equipment you don't need. Always seeking value equipment, not the priciest.

When we moved 3 years ago, we decided to install a residential security system for the exterior of our home. After researching various companies that provide this service, we selected Beyond the Studs. We met with the business owner and after discussing our needs, she reviewed the types of home video surveillance systems and recommended several options. Installation was smooth and efficient. We have been extremely pleased with the service from the beginning to the end and couldn't be more satisfied with the product. Even while we are away, we are able to monitor and access any activity taking place on our property. I highly recommend this business for service and quality.
