Worst customer service experience. I scheduled to replace tires on 12/26/23 at 6pm. Upon arrival there was no one there. Went into member services desk and was told that they did not have staff but someone should have called to rescheduleThat never happened but she put me on for the next day for service. Came back the next day same timeThis time they told me my lug nuts were swollen and we would need to supply replacements. I was disturbed by this and was told to come back on Sunday with the lug nuts. I requested a refund and was told the process will take about 20 days for refund refund to be processed. I thought that was unreasonable so I asked to speak to a manager. Was sent to corporate who verified the time frame on the refund. I agreed to have the service done on SundayGot the lug nits as request and brought them to my Sunday appt. When I got there they told me the lug nuts are the wrong size but they could get the old lugs off and put them back on. Tech stated it was not a problem so why was it a problem the 1st time. Throughout this process trying to speak to someone to discuss this issue was painful. No one I spoke with including supervisor name Rick kept telling me I had to talk to the local branch and the local branch kept telling I had to talk to corporate. 1s intake I made was paying upfrontI will never do that again with BJ's again. 2md thing is I will be considering ending my relationship with BJ's moving forward because this experience was nerve racking. Please improve your customer service program and have armament team who can actually solve problems.

Worst bjs ever im a former employee I got fired yesterday by the general manager his name is Brandon don’t know his last name but my anxiety was sky high and having a asthma attack and not the general manager or hr cared about what was going on with me they didn’t have to respect or heart to call 911 instead they want to fire me god for bid im working on the floor and I pass out this bjs is horrible and disgusting again the worst bjs ever!!!!

I love BJ’s, just not this BJ’s. Getting gas usually takes a long time because there seems to always be some pumps not working. Inside the store, they are usually out of stock on several items, most of them their own brand of products like their bagged shredded cheeses and paper products. The checkout lines are typically really long and often stretch back to the frozen foods section. I usually only stop at this location when I need a quick few things and make the drive to the airport location for larger shopping trips.

LONG LINES AND BROKEN PUMPS!!Bj's, please come and fix this gas station!As usual, the Kirkwood Highway BJ's is backed up. As long as you're alright waiting 20 minutes to get your gas, I guess you'd be okay coming here.The pumps are always broken here, so they have to close two or three lanes on a regular basis.BJ's,There are people that depend on gas savings, which is why we all come here. I don't understand why these pumps are never repaired!At one point, I got gas here, and the shut-off valve did not work. The gas spewed all over my pants and shoes. I reported it to BJ's, and they have done nothing to compensate me for the cost of replacing my shoes. Very disappointing.

Pickup in-store took 35 minutes (1:47pm to 2:22m) from check-in to pickup. Wow! It would take 5 minutes to buy directly in-store versus waiting time to place the online order then wait at the store for associates to do nothing. Meanwhile all the whites and other ethnic groups get their orders within 5 minutes and they arrived after me. Very unprofessional and discriminating.

Stay away from the same day delivery.I put a order in yesterday and waited for delivery and then I get an email that it was canceled.Reordered the stuff for today and half the stuff was missing from my order.I called customer service and they said this will take 24 hours to be resolved.He also said there is no guarantee that it will be re delivered.and I may just get refund.I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN

I just joined BJ's at the Club+ level and went to pick up my membership card and check out the store for the first time. Terrible experience at the Customer Service desk. The women working shouldn't be working in customer service. Their ways are rude and unfriendly. Maybe it is limited to this Elsmere location, so I am going to check out the New Castle one.

Got tires and had them installed today. Reading the prior reviews I wouldn't have gone here. Glad I ignored them. I had excellent customer service and have to give a shout out to Clinton, Paul, and the Manager.In addition, I ended up getting another pair of glasses. Jamie in the Eyeglasses department is the best! So helpful and friendly. Felt I was in good hands.Happy customer.

Store overall is ok...the customer service kiosk employees were lacking customer service. Very rude and unwelcoming. I was asking 1 question and also looking to sign up for a new membership... I actually stood there for about 10 mins before I asked, "could someone help" because both associates didn't realize a line has now formed due to both associates had their heads down in their phones(they weren't young employees). One associate leaves and other then acts as if I'm an inconvenience to her smh.

Am I member and shop there? Yes. Are there some good bargains there? Yes. - Do I enjoy my shopping trips there? Rarely. Certainly prefer Costco but this is more convenient and less crowded.

Below minimal service--this is not the first time Lisa has treated me with utter arrogance and disrespect. Store also lacks basic supplies, especially the ones they advertise with discounts. Stay away from this store, unless you want to waste your time and be abused at the same time.
