She is so good. I first bought the phone here last year and now I broke and went to the same store because of her. She explains so clearly. I was so sad that I broke my phone but her words are so comforting that later I felt happy that I got the latest version. She is so good. I would always recommend this store

I went there to pay my bill and upgrade my phone. She showed me all the phones and gave me the current version phone and also patiently transferred all my information from old phone to new phone. She is so good.

Extremely unprofessional, attempted to swindle me by selling me the wrong phone and then claimed no refunds. Angel or Angelica is very dishonest, she claimed she was the manager yet called her manager in front of me. I wasted so much time going here and was misled by this woman and honestly save your money and go to any other location but this one. She also had another man who didn’t even work there behind the counter and had him interfere. This woman was so ignorant and attempted to scam me while she hiked the prices for her own gain which weren’t even true to the promotions being offered by boost. Waste of time I’ll never get back and horrible person to deal with.

Yet another Boost with no phones. How can you POSSIBLY be a PHONE and SERVICE VENDOR and not have more than 2 types of phones. Im not against iphones I just dont have 8-9 hundred for the newest ones. Im not against Galaxy phones I just dont have 8-9 hundred for the newest ones!
Have more than 1 or 2 just ok models get some decent $500 phones WTF!
