I ordered a $62 corsage for homecoming from their website. What I got looks like a giant boutonnière with a wristband attached. They arranged it with a giant wrapped pointy stem (like a boutonnière style) rather than hidden stems the way a corsage is supposed to be. And worse, the flowers don’t even appear fresh as the white roses had brown spots on them at the time of pick up and the other flowers appear to be wilting already. See pics of what I ordered (1st pic) vs what I actually got. Now I have to find another florist open last minute to go buy another one. Really disappointed and had I not paid online, I’d have refused to even take the one I got.

Been using for 30 years. Slowly going downhill. Won’t use again. Seems like lifeless staff. I live right over the border in PA. Now don’t even deliver there

I live in northeast Pennsylvania, neededto send flowers to a friend in Wilmington. I foundBoyd’s used there website it was easy could choose a bouquet from pictures so I knew exactly what I was ordering but when they were delivered. My friend sent me a picture and they were beautiful just like the photo. Their website was very user friendly. Highly recommended Boyd’s and I will use them again if the need arises. 10 out of 10

I paid my money for a order and it sat in the place all day waiting to be delivered...the rep act like she had a attitude when I asked where is the order,these people are crazy like you not supposed to asked them anything after you paid your money
This Wil be my very last time ever using Boyds Flowers again they fell off bid time... in fairness they arrived at end of day so it wasn't all bad

I ordered a plant for my mom's birthday with chocolates, a card and balloons. The store delivered really early and she was so happy about it! Also, I ordered it through their website really quick and efficient. They called me when they were delivering the order. It was all great work and service.

My corsage emergency - I had purchased a corsage from another vendor which was horrible. So, I called Boyd’s a couple hours before the prom to see if they could make a replacement corsage for me. They made a beautiful corsage right on the spot and I am so ever grateful.

Boyd's 'lost' the order for my grandfather's funeral flowers. I was told they would be delivered by 9am, when I arrived at the cemetery at 930 and they weren't there I call.
The woman that answered was rude and not even slightly apologetic she just passed me off to someone else.
With no time for anything else, we had a bouquet grocery store flowers to honor my grandfather and not something special like he should have had.
Devastated doesn't even being to describe how I feel.

I was charged twice and they haven't refunded the money for a few days. They don't send a confirmation that they will be refunding me.
