I got $20.00 of gas. I was charged $125.00 holding fee. What nerve they have to charge this. I’ll never go back! How dare you!
P. S. I’m sorry you are choosing to deny. I called my bank the issue is on your end.
Besides read the other reviews I’m not alone.

They 2.92$ by google maps and 3.26$ for real, also chemical toilets wich is bad, sucks.

A very long story short I try to pump my gas at one pump. It said it could not give her a receipt and it would not pump the gas so I moved to a different pump, proceeded to put my gas. I ended up get 30.14 cent. Went to the bank to do a withdrawal and could not get any money because BP not only took my money they placed another 75.00 on hold that’s pending like a transaction. Now I work for a bank and I know how this process goes. I went back to the store and spoke with them in at the register who just told me. This has been happening and there’s nothing he can do about it which is so unacceptable cause why are you there if you can’t help. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager or someone who could help. He called the Manager on the phone who told me he only been there for a week and there is nothing much he can do but tell me that the money will eventually come back on my card. He just does not know when. Again unacceptable. He also tells me that it’s on BP and not on them. And that he would not be able to put any signs on the pump to let people know to pay inside. I told him that was ridiculous and it’s against the law to hold on to peoples money after the transaction has been completed. I will be tracking down BP corporate office as well as going to the BBB. Do not let them tell you that it’s on your bank because it’s definitely on the merchant and not the bank.

By far my absolute favorite little gas station and shore stop for coffee or snacks and obviously gas. The place is always pristine in the store and that speaks volumes about the owners/managers, not to mention everyone whom has worked there I've encountered is always polite and very cordial.

04/10/2023 I had a situation with pump #5 on Good Friday, April 17, 2023 @ app 845pm. I inserted my Bank Card and the pump screen went complete blank. I pushed the Help button, but no employee responded. Backed up to Pump# 7 Pumped my gas and was on my way out of town for the Holiday Weekend. Arrived to my destination, notice an additional charge to bank card. Contacted BP Saturday, April 08,2023 Spoke w Ashley. Explained to Ashley about the situation with the additional charge to my bank card. Ashley asked me to call back tomorrow between 5am and 2pm and speak w a manager. I called Easter Sunday, April 09,2023 @ 520am. Lady answered the phone w "Hello". Not a business greeting. I attempted to explain to the manager about the situation, but before i got the chance the Manager stated, "What do you want me to do?!!" I have paperwork to do! Call your bank!" The woman was ridiculously nasty! I thought i had called the wrong number. or maybe I had called her personal cell. I asked the lady if this was BP Gas station? The Lady stated "Yes it is and what do you want me to do?" I couldn't believe it! I asked the lady for her name. Lady stated her name was ANNETTE. I said thank you Ms Annette. Can I explain to you what happened at your establishment? Her response was "What do you want me to do about it?" I attempted to explain. But was rudely cut off with a "Call your Bank! I gotta get my paperwork done!" I was in total shock and the call ended.On Monday, April 10, 2023 @ 615 am, I returned to the BP to request the name of the owner of this business. I was greeted with a lady. I identified myself, and asked the lady if I could possibly have the owner's contact information. She said the Owner was BP Incoporated or something like that. She said I could Google the information! This lady identified herself as Annette and she was the person i spoke with previously on Easter Sunday. Ms Annette was blatantly disrespectful toward me! EVERYTHING about her nasty! Her attitude! her demeanor! her disposition! her unprofessionalism! EVERYTHING! I WILL be following up, not with only the corporate office, but the Better Business Bureau as well! WE HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER with Customer service and the quality and caliber of the persons we hire! Who are the frontline faces, representing our establishments, as Ms Annette was wearing a faded Red BP Polo type shirt! There was more to this encounter. But I will send this information to the agencies previously mentioned! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

04072023 Had an issue there with their pump that overcharged me and dealt with a lady by the name of Annette she was the worst! Totally disrespect and nasty! To Ms Annette.......... if you don't like "Customer Service" then maybe you should take your antique self somewhere else or go retire and call it quits! She is the worst! I would be embarrassed to even be affiliated with her as an employee, let alone the title of Manager at my establishment! I sent an email to the BP Corporate office and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Absolutely Horrible!!

This cashier is completely rude , and drafted gas money from my card and told me to pay with another card . She should be fired based on her customer interactions, she uses the store phone as her personal phone and does not care for anyone that walks through the store please do not go here and support this gas station

Its only when I need gas and have to pay with cash this place has it's doors locked to pay the cashier during the middle of the dayHey BP....today is the 26th of March 2022. I once again went by YOUR gas with YOUR high standards and once more there were absolutely no gas station attendants inside the store to recieve my money to buy gas. If you want an idea or a "tip" on how to make your stores more convenient maybe you can hire some folks willing to work.

With my car dangerously close that E I was in need of fuel. I did a search for the nearest gas station and with my first choice ending up not actually being a gas station I ended up here. I pulled in and thought I was in a rural area. It is an oddly situated gas station and if I can remember correctly there isn't a proper parking lot if you wanted to run inside. I did not. I pulled in and found that there are ample pumps for fueling. Pay at the pump is quite possible the norm here. I was going to go inside, but there started to be a lot of people showing up and I did not want to hold up the line. Gas pricing is the norm for the area.
