I am in absolute awe of the work just completed on my Jeep. A road crew had painted a large portion of my Jeep with thick white paint while painting stripes on the road. I thought my Jeep was a total loss. But Preston Auto restored everything, doors, fenders, wheel wells, hubs, absolutely everything. I am so in all of this great crew who did the work and the office staff who worked with me. I highly recommend them for your all your auto body needs. Excellent company, professional staff. My hats off to you! Thank you so much!

Great work! I’ve had Preston Auto Body of Wilmington perform their services twice now and am very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend. The image below is the rear of my RAM which they rebuilt after an individual ran into me while at a complete stop. Like new. Thank you for the attention to detail.

These folks are very courteous and professional.
They explained clearly what was required for repair, and efficiently scheduled and executed it. Courtesy car dropped me at home and picked me up when car was ready. Shamar, Kathy, and the whole team are great to deal with! I highly recommend Preston Auto Body.

While driving to CT for Christmas, our vehicle was in an accident. Preston Auto Body was able to take the vehicle right away. Several other shops said they couldn’t look at it until the new year. Preston Auto Body began to disassemble the damaged sections right away. They developed the repair estimate ASAP; ordered the required parts. Once the parts were received, they completed the repairs in approximately 30 days as originally planned. When I picked up the car it was clean and shiny inside and out. You couldn’t tell it was damaged on the entire passenger side in the accident. My wife and I drove over 1,500 miles from Preston Auto Body to CT then to SW VA and finally reaching home in South Florida. The vehicle drove and handled like it was brand new. They did an excellent job and are 5 star in my book.

I had body work done after a small accident. This shop was great. They worked with my insurance company to get the most out of my policy. The shop also kept me update in every part of the process so I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. My car looks good as new. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to achieve an excellent customer experience.

As difficult as it can be when you are in an accident and need your car repaired, Cathy and her crew made the process smooth and easy. They kept in touch with me about the repairs and worked with my insurance company so I knew about their progress.
Because they managed the process so efficiently, I would use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Definitely a 5+ star experience!!

My car was in an accident and Trey and Leah were awesome. They kept me up to date on the progress and what the insurance company was saying and approving. I actually never heard a word from my insurance company, everything was done through Leah and Trey. My car looks great and I am so happy to have it back.
