I had an excellent experience with Preston Auto Body and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service from start to finish. A huge thank you to Shamar, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful during the estimate and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the repair. His professionalism and communication made a big difference and truly stood out. Leah was also helpful contacting the insurance company and dealing with rental car setups and all other essentials during the repair. Great team!
The repair itself was done flawlessly, and my car looks like new again. The team at Preston Auto Body clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality and attention to detail.

I had a very positive experience at Preston AutoBody. They repaired my Honda Ridgeline. I had body and subframe damage. They fixed both. The body work was excellent. They communicated very well. I had a travel deadline so I asked if they could accommodate me and they did. Trey Conley was wonderful.

I walked into Preston Auto Body to have a screen protector put on my radio, and Shamar took care of me right away and he also made sure that the radio was working properly with the screen protector on he is the best and also Cathy was very very nice. Shamar of Preston Auto Body is outstanding excellent and his customer service is number one A+ once again thank you so much Shamar keep up the excellent job that you are doing. And one more thing he also informed me that if I ever need any kind of paint job auto body work just bring it to Preston Auto Body Shop.

The staff were friendly & informative. The car looks better than brand new! It took a very long time & i bugged them a few times to find out the status of the repairs but they never seemed annoyed or reluctant to give me answers. The car was polished & you can never tell it was in an accident.

I am in absolute awe of the work just completed on my Jeep. A road crew had painted a large portion of my Jeep with thick white paint while painting stripes on the road. I thought my Jeep was a total loss. But Preston Auto restored everything, doors, fenders, wheel wells, hubs, absolutely everything. I am so in all of this great crew who did the work and the office staff who worked with me. I highly recommend them for your all your auto body needs. Excellent company, professional staff. My hats off to you! Thank you so much!

Great work! I’ve had Preston Auto Body of Wilmington perform their services twice now and am very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend. The image below is the rear of my RAM which they rebuilt after an individual ran into me while at a complete stop. Like new. Thank you for the attention to detail.

These folks are very courteous and professional.
They explained clearly what was required for repair, and efficiently scheduled and executed it. Courtesy car dropped me at home and picked me up when car was ready. Shamar, Kathy, and the whole team are great to deal with! I highly recommend Preston Auto Body.

While driving to CT for Christmas, our vehicle was in an accident. Preston Auto Body was able to take the vehicle right away. Several other shops said they couldn’t look at it until the new year. Preston Auto Body began to disassemble the damaged sections right away. They developed the repair estimate ASAP; ordered the required parts. Once the parts were received, they completed the repairs in approximately 30 days as originally planned. When I picked up the car it was clean and shiny inside and out. You couldn’t tell it was damaged on the entire passenger side in the accident. My wife and I drove over 1,500 miles from Preston Auto Body to CT then to SW VA and finally reaching home in South Florida. The vehicle drove and handled like it was brand new. They did an excellent job and are 5 star in my book.
