Very glad to see that Corporate has replaced the prior operator with a very attentive operator. Location is not very busy based on bad prior management. Good Luck to the new young lady trying to make it work :) !

They are willing to take your money from your debit card but they are not willing to honor your debit card upon check out

I called to follow up on toll charges and they hung up on me. Absolute worst service you can imagine.They gave me the wrong information about tolls. They said they it was $3.99 per day plus toll charges. It was substantially more. The bill was supposed to be available within few days and it has been 3 weeks and no sign of the bill. The person on the phone was very rude. Will never patronize them!

Should have read the other reviews before reserving here. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL LOCATION!!! I too reserved a truck weeks ago, with a 1 PM pick up time. Arrived at 12:20; place is a ghost town. Doors locked, no employees to be found. No one answering the phone. And the irony is, my truck (at least same size that I attempted to rent?) is sitting in the lot—but no access to keys! Took off work, lease up today, need to move furniture. No answer on local number:; national representative will “send an email; someone will try to call within 2 hours”. National did call back 2 hours later to say that there were no other trucks available within a 40-mile radius. Nothing for this incredible inconvenience besides “sorry, nothing we can do.” Ended up driving to the airport to rent a pick-up truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Single _worst_ rental experience ever.Reserved weeks ahead of time, my rental was not available on the date/time they claimed. On the day of the pickup, they called in the morning saying I needed to pick it up earlier or drive 30min in the opposite direction to get one at our reserved time, at cost of mileage to me. Opting to save mileage, I took time off work because of their screwed up reservation system. They claimed they'd comp miles because of the mess up (they lied).The rental I was provided was dinged up, marked as having a full tank (it didn't have a full tank) and when I returned it the same day, the bill appeared later with 100 miles extra charged.Get ready, cause this Budget location never picks up their phone and the national line will give you the run around (we need to reach the location - they don't. we need to talk to a supervisor - they don't. the supervisor is in a meeting and will call within 24hrs - they don't). I spent multiple days calling this Budget location then being on hold with the national hotline for hours. I feel they want you to give up and swallow the extra cost.After _two weeks_ of run around, being on hold, and other shenanigans they finally agreed to refund the difference of extra miles charged. No full refund, no additional money off, no coupon discount for future rentals - just a scripted half hearted, 'we're sorry for your inconvenience'. They screwed up the reservation, they screwed up the rental they provided, they screwed up the bill, they screwed up on even giving the semblance of caring about correcting it. I'm am never, NEVER going with Budget ever again. Steer clear.

This was an awful experience that Budget both locally and nationally only managed to make worse. My truck reservation, which was switched to three different locations on the day of the reservation, went unfulfilled the result being that I had to incur significant costs to move my family. Budget's customer service response was to offer me a discount code for my next reservation. I never write reviews but am doing so to warn against using them.

NO STARS!! Customer service sucks!! No one ever answers the phone at the location. The 800 is no help, they can't answer the simplest of questions. Very disappointed with my rental experience.

Terrible I will never rent from them again. The guy charge my card after 2 days for gas this after he checked the car. He didn't use the discount that my daughter job gave her she was the one who booked it. Their money hungry and gave me the cheapest smallest car that needed shocks. Never again.

Calls me less than 24 hours before my move to tell me that the truck we reserved 2 weeks ago will not be available. Tells me I'm the one that has to call the main customer service number to cancel my reservation and not be charged anything. Just go with U-haul.
