Unknowingly I came in right before closing on Saturday night for the very first time. The ladies working were so sweet and helpful. I love the store and had a great experience.

Terrible customer service, ordered online and product I received had no scent at all. I wasted $50. Save your money. I emailed customer service three times and called the store twice. Person in charge of online orders told me they received a lot of complaints at the time of my order and they would make it right and never did. I called after not receiving it and owner told me to submit another online email. I did and yet again no response. I threw in the towel and I ended up ordering the scented fragrance oil (spending another $20) from another company and adding it to my non-scented purchase. Very disappointed. I will say I ordered two other scents the same time I ordered the above and they were okay, it was just the Narcissist fragrance I had an issue with. Edit-this location IS the one who shipped the product despite their response below.

Great store with wonderful products, and it should be 5 stars at this point. However, the franchise trust is 3 stars, which is because PA stores keep closing. Now we drive over an hour to get to a store. There's something wrong if stores keep closing.

False advertising. They had a sale sign advertising, “BOGO 50% off ALL laundry soaps.” Except, it was not 50% off nor was it all of their laundry soaps. It was 25% off a majority of their collection, which was extremely limited in store. The actual sale was buy one, get one 50% off which was not mentioned anywhere on the sign. 25% off is vastly different than 50% off. False advertising to drum up business. 25% is not a “BOGO” sale. Disappointed to say the least.

I prefer homemade soap due to less chemicals. I've made my own soap and stopped so Buff City is fairly local and often better prices then the craft show people.
I always wait for pop up sale of $6 bars normally $8/9 . I'll buy 4 to 8 and generally last until the next sale.
Top quality. Plenty of scents to choose from. Nice size bars.

If you want soap, that’s not poison by your government. This is your spot many different varieties of soap. They have beard oil chopsticks, etc. etc. awesome place.

I had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here and it was a big hit! The girls each made their own bath bombs and got to decorate them. The staff was so good with all the girls, allowing me to relax and just enjoy the party! We brought pizza and cupcakes and would have even had time for another activity (coloring or game) had I planned ahead. So fun!

I love this store. My favorite scent or item is the shower oil spray bottle or Narcissus. It smells absolutely amazing.

This store is so great! I love the laundry soap. Stargazer fragrance and Peppermint Bark. The bar soap is great and staff is extremely helpful and friendly and oh yeah don’t forget about those wax melts!!

I love the laundry detergent and scent boosters. I love the Narcissist scent in them and in my car air freshener. I was so excited to get the candle and body spray in Narcissest, but today I lit the candle and it DOES NOT smell like the Narcissist scent. Instead it is so perfumey flowery smelling, it is giving us a headache. So disappointed. .waste of my money. ☹️
