“I had an idea of what I wanted when I went to the store in Philly. Laurel listened to me and offered to show me different pieces based on what I was looking for. I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. She patiently discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and gave me several swatches for me to consider. She also emailed me the three different options I was considering.
