My wife and I are both extremely satisfied with the job that Ceccola Construction has done for us. The new siding looks fantastic and the work crew did a terrific job. We had watched the workers reside our neighbors house the previous year and were impressed with the professionalism that they had shown. Having wanted to have our home updated, and have the 54 year old asbestos removed for quite some time, we reached out to Ceccola Construction for an estimate. They responded quickly and gave us a fair and honest estimate for the entire job with a complete breakdown of the cost of every aspect of the job. We had received an unsolicited estimate from another company and their price was almost double the quote Ceccola Construction gave us. It is comforting to know that there are still honest and respectable businessman like Chris still around.

Ceccola Construction recently did work on our home, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. We hired CC due to all the positive recommendations in the N.Wilmington area and they were spot on. From the first meeting for a quote to completion of the project, the owner and every employee were on time, experienced, NEAT, and professional. Ceccola Construction recently completed a total remodel of our screened porch to enclose it so that we could use this room year round. This was a significant project installing a wall of windows, a mini-split for heating and cooling and covering brick that was in poor condition. Greatly appreciate their knowledge of county codes and managing the inspection process along the way. They went above and beyond to meet all county codes and exceeded my expectations including the installation of decking and railing as new steps that provide a much safer entry and exit into and out of the room. I did speak with other remodeling companies and Chris Ceccola impressed as being the most knowledgeable, which is why I chose to work with them. Great decision because the interior and exterior finished quality is just spectacular and we couldn't be happier. Very creative carpenters that framed this wall of windows with custom trim work. The shiplap wall I asked them to install came out beautiful and the wrapping of the shiplap around a window is amazing. The bead board ceiling and sheetrock install beautifully compliments the entire room. Insulation and installation of the flooring make this a very comfortable room. Considering all of the custom work that was done here I also think that the pricing was very fair to complete this project. I highly recommend Ceccola Construction for your home improvement projects and look forward to working with them again in the future.Services: Porch construction

I highly recommend Ceccola Construction!!! I called them with an emergency job and Chris promptly came out to view my situation. He was able to schedule my repair and 2 days later it was done. We had a great experience with Ceccola Construction. We were in need of a new roof (and all new plywood). I called several companies for estimates before choosing to go with Ceccola. We are so glad we did. Great communication and great value. Our house has some character and Chris was willing to preserve that when others wanted to cover it up. The project was all about what we wanted as the homeowners. Quick and clean installation - the crew did a great job. I am absolutely thrilled with my new front door and have Chris Ceccola and his team to thank for the amazing results! My previous entry door was dated, unstable and lacked curb appeal. I was involved in the process from beginning to end down to the last detail, feeling confident that the job would be done flawlessly….I was right. Ed took his time, was timely, friendly and accommodating. The new door (and venting storm door) looks great and is so much more energy efficient. They do great work and stand behind it! They did our roof in one day (16 years ago) and did a repair for us recently. Evaluated it on Friday and fixed it on Monday. I definitely recommend them.
