  Very worst experience with the chase bank. I travelled outside the country and cannot make the payment because of my account is locked. I am not receiving the OTP, cannot accept the call as I am outside of united states. Now my payment is past due which is not good and there is no other option to pay it.

  Unresponsive, departments can't or won't communicat computer answering horrible. I don't bank with them

  Amazon had me to qualify for a credit card and I was declined me for a little $2,500.credit card that I really DON'T need !! I've got a credit scores of 797 & 810 and $45,000 in credit card power!!! Using only 10% , Why was I turned down!!!???FChase Bank
