Benjamin helped my husband and I open up an account. Great banking experience he helped and showed neat features of the mobile banking app that help keep your credit high. I absolutely would recommend this branch to anyone needing another bank account.

Zaman Syed is not helpful at all. Told me I’d have the necessary bank docs in 24-48 business days over email. Then once that deadline passed denied saying this and updated the deadline to 10-15 business days by physical mail.
This was after he was aware this was my 3rd time visiting a Chase branch to get the paperwork and he knew I needed the situation escalated/expedited. Inaccurate provider of information and also condescending in his behavior towards you. Go to any other Chase branch for help

Customer service by Zaman Syed was horrible. Unacceptable patronizing and rude behavior. We were there to open a new checking and savings account. We could have done this online but prefer going to the branch to learn about all the options. For one, he just read turned the computer screen to us and told us to read. Then he explained that if we had a coupon, we could get a bonus for opening a new account but he could not tell us where we could find the coupon (even though it was a Chase bank coupon). We spent 30 minutes searching for it b/c he kept on insisting a coupon existed but he was of no help. Eventually we found it. Whenever we would ask a question, he answered in very rude way. He had the card delivered to the wrong address, even though we asked him to confirm that the card would be sent to the correct address (and seemed indignant that we even asked).

Customer service was absolutely fantastic. The worker had us in and out in only half and hour. Got so much accomplished in that time! Very good attitude as well

This Chase location is the best in the area! I worked specifically with Joyce who went above and beyond to give me exemplary service. She made recommendations on what was best for me, not necessarily the bank. In the end we both won! 5 stars to Joyce!!

Apart from Chase's extremely exorbitant interest charges, which effectively cancel out any so-called rewards, their handling of disputed charges is shoddy and slip-shod at best. Their so-called fraud department, a dictatorial law unto itself, is out-and-out nuts! In response to the latest instance of a single, solitary, unauthorized charge, this fraud department went through almost a full month of the card's legitimate transactions, reversing and reapplying those charges at random, including multiple interest adjustments, in a completely arbitrary and capricious frenzy of altered statement figures, without any notice or explanation. This level of supreme incompetence is both unacceptable and intolerable. Online, the billing balance for the statement has varied with various logins. And after a full calendar month since the single disputed charge was first promptly reported, the problem remains unresolved and the billing statement still not correctly updated. Quality control oversight of this card's maintenance staff is evidently nonexistent. Buyer, Beware!

I had some money wired into my business account which is meant for purchase of merchandise for my business for the coming holiday season. When I checked my account and saw that the money was in the account, I zelled first a hundred dollars to my personal wells Fargo account then I proceeded to zelle $4900 to the same account only to suddenly get a mail that my account has been locked. I was beyond shocked as there was absolutely no fraudulent transaction on my account and nobody told me when I opened the account that I would not be able to make transfers. and a real human would have seen that the transfers were made to same name as is on the business account. but the robots at chase only care about hurting their customers clearly. I called the customer service numbers and for over two hours was rerouted to the wrong people who couldn't do anything to resolve the situation. it has been hell trying to get the matter sorted as it's been a whole bunch of mindless robots with absolutely no emotions but just reading a script. I answered all the security questions ( which a scammer cannot know) they all ask me like my address, passport number, date I opened the account, etc and still they say they couldn't verify me!!! I am not in the United States right now to walk into a branch and the telephone number on file is not working at the moment as the sim was changed because we never envisaged this problem. I have called the branch in New York where the account was opened thinking I could speak with the private banker who would have been able to identify me but I was told that she was no longer working with the bank and the lady who answered that call was so rude and left the phone on and walked away. I have never experienced this level of horrible service. This nefarious act by Chase is not just detrimental to my 17 year old business as I now have no money to buy merchandise, it is affecting my health as I am unable to do anything
