Apart from Chase's extremely exorbitant interest charges, which effectively cancel out any so-called rewards, their handling of disputed charges is shoddy and slip-shod at best. Their so-called fraud department, a dictatorial law unto itself, is out-and-out nuts! In response to the latest instance of a single, solitary, unauthorized charge, this fraud department went through almost a full month of the card's legitimate transactions, reversing and reapplying those charges at random, including multiple interest adjustments, in a completely arbitrary and capricious frenzy of altered statement figures, without any notice or explanation. This level of supreme incompetence is both unacceptable and intolerable. Online, the billing balance for the statement has varied with various logins. And after a full calendar month since the single disputed charge was first promptly reported, the problem remains unresolved and the billing statement still not correctly updated. Quality control oversight of this card's maintenance staff is evidently nonexistent. Buyer, Beware!

Worked with a young man today name Elijah, he was very attentive! My wife and I was there trying to set a few thing rs for our future and our little family! He was patient, he tools us 2 hours earlier than our scheduled appointment and was all around great! Very attentive to our needs and wants, he went above and beyond and the was a question that he wasent aware ofBut still figured it out for us! I’m proud of him and his success and pray he continue to be great! Thanks Elijah for your help man !

TWICE I have been accosted and harrassed by the so~called "security guard" in the lobbly at 9th & Market. Slovenly dressed and THE most unprofessional guard I've ever encountered in my 55yrs. Brought to the attention of mgmt @Walnut St, I never received ANY response/follow up from HER supervisor,as promised. Horrible "customer service". Currently shopping for a new bank. Any suggestions appreciated.

Manager has no idea what he is doing. I spent almost 5 minutes waiting on him to approve a check, when he finally decided to come out of his office he refused to cash my check and lied to me saying the information on the check did not match the system. I went to a different chase and they gladly cashed my check with no issues and I even continued to open a bank account with them. Needless to say I will not be back to this location.

Poor policies. Chase refused to refund me airline flights that were booked 2 months in advance citing the charges were to old to dispute. Airline rebooked my flight, charged me, and sent confirmation & receipt. Airline denied my family boarding at check in due to a 3 month earlier preferred seating dispute. Airline pulled the entire flight did not tell us nor the agent that rebooked our flight and charged us. Chase would not dispute the matter citing it was too old a charge even though we never received a flight service. Paid nearly $600 for no product or service. Will take business somewhere else!

I wish that i could give them 0 star i make a deposit and didn’t go through and now i have to track my own money since they don’t know nothing but god thanks i have a prouve
