This is the worst insurance we ever had. They took a page out of Obamas book. You can not choose your pharmacy. They force you to go to one of the few pharmacies on there list and buy a 90 day supply on any medications you take on a regular basis.

The worst dental plan in the whole entire world even worst then what other third world countries. I don't recommend doing any dental health plan with them at all . Spare ur self and ur money from this scam company
