The doctor was kind, informative, and wasn't after the all mighty buck. Yes I ended up getting more done and purchased items there because I felt he had my ?'s health at the forefront and a long-term plan not my wallet.

Wouldn’t recommend to someone who seeks to have a friendly experience from start to finish. You only get relief in the middle with the astoundingly knowledgable and warm veterinarian and her bubbly assistant. I’d like to think that the “office manager” just blindly follows and enacts the unforgiving policies put in place by a ruthless and cruel owner because they’re under threat of being fired, and no one would voluntarily be callous and force other staff members to do their dirty work. Incredibly expensive services, $80 deposit to even make an appointment. I experienced a disappointing disconnect between a caring team within the examination room a rigidly cold experience otherwise.
Prior to giving Circle Veterinary Clinic a shot, I have always loved the vet offices my dog and I frequented. This is because every member of the team seems to care for you and your pet as a unit, which makes you feel safe.
I had to miss my first appointment due to a family emergency. I myself called literally minutes into my appointment time to let the front desk know and asked if I could reschedule. When I was told they would be taking my $80 deposit, I asked if I could then just come in about 15 minutes late. I would have been there in a few minutes and done my appointment within my appointment window. Unfortunately, the employee said no and so did the office manager, even after I explained I was dealing with an emergency (not that that is that relevant when I could have been there in 5 minutes, total of 20 minutes late MAX, and just needed a vaccine for my dog.)
They already had his medical history, and I wanted him to get his vaccine sooner so he wouldn’t be sore to be groomed in the next few days. So I was forced to pay yet another $80 to get him in quickly. This I understand, if I’m not going to ever show up, take it. My original $80 “security deposit” was taken due to circumstances which made it impossible for me to get there. I had to pay another $80 just to schedule the second appointment.
After my appointment, I asked the front desk if my $80 “security deposit” could be credited to a future visit, and I was callously told no and dismissed. He was due for a typical blood test and shot within the next month, and I didn’t ask for my money back, just to work with me to right their wrong. I understand when offices are busy or if patients are repeat offenders, but this clinic accepts same day appointments, so it’s not like anyone missed out, and again I would have arrived and been done my appointment in less then an hour after my appointment time. This office prioritizes money over their patients, and will deny you the opportunity to come during your appointment window to make more!
This was my first time here. I like to like the staff at the vets I go to. I am very much on top of my dogs health and it is nice to bring your pet to a friendly environment because a vet visit is tremendously stressful for them and can be for their parents too! I don’t trust that my dog is safe and prioritized in such an aggressive and off-putting environment. Hopefully they can get it together to provide our pets with a comforting and friendly environment!
I would love to see the vet I had the pleasure of meeting at a less institutional facility!

Our cat has been a patient for 2 years. We have always gotten very good care. I feel their prices are higher than our last vet of 6 years. Service is always prompt! Staff is very kindand VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Great location for us too.

Took great care of my dog with seizure disorder. She took her time, did some testing, adjusted her meds and it's been much better. Even gave us a follow-up call to check on her progress.

Hector might not show it, but I think he does like Dr. Jones and Yolanda. He's just a hard sell. Thanks for taking such good care of him.

We've been using Circle Vet ever since my childhood dog, Rocky. Even when we moved back to DE & Rocky had passed, we didn't search for another vet. Always sticking with Circle. They have been nothing but friendly, personable, and hilarious. Everyone on staff is just great. Thank you for always putting our animals best interest at heart ?

I have had 3 dogs and 2 cats over the past 30 years and moved my dog from Newark Animal Hosp and my husband's dog from Windcrest to the Broom St location and have loved it!! I love the male doctor, he is so kind and gentle with the animals. Our other dog and cats went there and we were able to keep.our pets healthy when my health declined and I had to stop working and we were living on one income. Now that we're are better off,we stay because they are thorough and our pets always get the best care. Thank you, Circle R! We always recommend you!!

Circle vet has been my top choice for over 20 years. The staff is amazing and friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about helping your pet and making the uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible for you and your beloved pet.

I was really concerned about her walking ability and asked about the treatment Librella for the Arthritis that had set in.from falling down the steps. Dr Jones agreed she was a good candidate and gave her the injection on Tuesday. She greeted me at the door when I got home from work on Wednesday. Thank you Dr. Jones and your team for the care you give Celeste.❤️

Receptionist should be replaced. Called on a Friday because my dog had a sharp decline and needed to be put to sleep. The receptionist told me I could bring my dog in the following week. There was no sense of caring or recommendations of how to help me with a situation that was so heartbreaking to make and needed to be taken care of ASAP. This is not my first time having this perspective of the aloofness of this receptionist. Dr. Wilkins recently retired. Hope this experience is not a sign of the future to come.

Wow!! Arrived in the parking lot at 9:25am for my appointment at 9:30am. I rang the bell at 9:32am. Nobody let me in...waited by entrance by walking my dog in grassy area and then rang the bell again at 9:36am. Receptionist was on the phone when I got in. She gets off the phone at 9:40am and proceeds to tell me that I have to reschedule the appt because I was 10min late!!! I was not 10min late!!! She stated that they only allow 20min for appts and 10mins doesn't allow for enough time for the visit. I sat in the waiting room for 1hr for my previous appt and now you are going to turn me away for this appt??? Told receptionist to have a good day and I will find another vet! This is uncalled for and the receptionist didn't even care that I said I was going to find another vet!!! Ashame to have employees that don't care for the business they work for and could care less about the customers concerns.

I was so worried I would have to find a new vet once Dr. Wilkins retired but Dr. Jones is amazing! She made me and my pups so comfortable! I’m so glad she is my new vet. I will not be going anywhere else. : )
