DO NOT GO HERE. They gave me an ear infection 4 years ago and it took 2 years to heal and the hole didn’t even stay filled.

EVERY visit is splendid and I feel welcomed and assisted by the lovely ladies of Claire's! Cheyanne and Nina are an absolute joy and I never hesitate to visit another store when I am in need of a wonderful experience and variety of jewelry! Ya'll are the best!

I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!
Security was rude and completely blew me off. Does not have a good selection of stores it's way too small!!!
I came here to get some new clothes fir the school year and they don't have any of the stores I planned
Would not reccomend!

I can say with confidence that there has been a change in management since December 2023 and that the previous review that was posted about the store manager before is inaccurate. The staff will gladly answer any questions you have when you go in or call.

Love this store, Sarah (employee) helped me pick out the sanrio nose ring and checked me out. She’s super helpful and sweet and deserves a raise!

Lousy experience for us. We had an ear piercing here & followed their instructions completely. When we tried to replace the earring, we could not. Upon going back to the store, they refused to take any responsibility. They did, however, point out that the prior piercing was not symmetrical, which was done by them! But they simply won't take any responsibility and insisted we would need to get another piercing at the full price.I found this ridiculous and their attitude completely uncaring. There was no avenue to escalate this either, as we were speaking to the manager of the store.So they do a shoddy job, give incorrect instructions, refuse to take any ownership, treat customers poorly. I'm never buying anything from them ever again. Here is a picture of the store & the manager

Would not go back to this location... I love claires store... But this location is a No... We were not greeted when we came in... But other customers were.... We went in to get my daughters ear pierced... Someone was already in the chair... So we stood right beside so we could be next and ask some questions.. the lady never said anything to us.. never acknowledged us...about 2 mins into standing there... Another customer came in... And was greeted and asked if she needed help with anything... The lady said she wanted to get 2 piercings done... And the worker... Told her about everything and gave her the earring chart to pick earrings... I stepped up and said we been standing here waiting.... We were next... And you didnt tell us to pick earrings or anything... The worker rudely said.. well I dont know what your in here for I thought yall were browsing... She stated that we should have said what we wanted... I told her we were waiting til she was done... Didnt want to disturb her while piercing... But she should have spoke to us like she did the other customer that came in... We did end up going next... When we picked the one we wanted... She said well let me get the price for you just in case you want to switch.. it may be too much... I was offended... Because she did not offer to get the prices for the other people that were getting piercings.. and picked similar ones.. and had more kids with them.... Usually I would have walked out.. because I dont give stores my money where im not wanted or respected... But we waited that long... My daughter was excited and ready...I would not recommend this location.. but claires is a great store.. good deals... And I love the earrings for myself also..
