When we moved to DE 25yrs ago this was a booming business. It's really sad to see the decline. There's really nothing left.

Floors are filthy, bathrooms are completely unsanitary. There are barely any good stores left. Just close it and turn the building into a mega Walmart or a mega family fun center. Get creative Delaware you have plenty of room here.

I used to love this mall, walked there the time and also shopped. Sadly it’s a shell of its former self with ghetto people hanging around, tons and tons of closed stores, and the ones that are there are random knockoff stores. It just sucks. It’s the new Tri State mall and I’m sure it will go the way of it soon.
