Anthony L. Samarco Jr. Sucks at communicating as a realtor/landlord. This realtor had My husband and I under the impression we had a good chance of getting the property that he was renting. Instead he told me that me and my husband didn’t qualify after 4 days after sending our applications (we got the results back within an hour of the same day after giving our applications to him) his reason was because my husband had things in collections that happened during Covid-19 when he lost one of his jobs and didn’t qualify for pandemic relief. Me on the other hand, I have perfect credit history, nothing in collections, but my credit history is three years. Plus, my husband makes x4 the rent that he was asking for. Even after asking him to reevaluate his last decision, I still had no contact from him Whatsoever, even to tell me his last final decision

Tia the property manager and owner of concord realty is horrible. She does nothing about problematic tenants leaving property owners to deal with living next to unkept, nuisance, properties. I called to report a tenant next door (I also called the police) who threatened me due to addressing them about constantly being loud and belligerent disturbing the peace and her response "I am not sure why you are calling me. Your problems with a neighbor (her tenant) is none of my concerns." I've been dealing with the tenant and overgrown grass issues for years. This brings property values down. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH CONCORD REALTYSo on top of us having to paint upon arrival and repairs promised never being repaired. This scam artist company decided to charge us a thousand dollars on moveout, because they couldn't find any damage caused, they blamed it on a cat urine smell that didn't exist. Shame on these fu%*!n people for taking advantage of renters. Their reviews are trash, this is not the first time and won't be the last I'm sure. P.s. hope they get to read this. Signed entitled to an opinion.

Bad company. Had a horrible experience with both the owner of the business and her brother Tia and Charles Gianakis. Do not recommend this business to anyone. They are lairs, thieves, and con artists.
