The "customer service" reps customer service skills are severely lacking. The door was locked. He didn't have any of the free phones you get when you switch but definitely tried to sell me some others. He was just extremely rude.

Just about everytime i go. Door is locked. Just went closed. And its never opened the time it says its open..and when i try to call.. Wont even ring. Says unavailable. Things like that make me wanna swich phone companies. Not good
