Horrible experience! To much to type about my experience this evening but CVS just lost a customer

They never fill my prescriptions on time. They are always shortstaffed and make up excuses for why they don’t have my prescription ready. Earlier today, I called to ask when my prescription would be ready because it was supposed to be filled today. They told me they should be able to fill it today but they are short staffed so it can’t be expedited and to wait until I get the text message telling me it’s ready before I come. Well by 6 PM I still had not received a text message so I went there and told them I would wait for it at which time they told me it was on back order and they wouldn’t have it until tomorrow or the next day. So how come when I called they didn’t already know it was on backorder to tell me that?!? Ridiculous.

You can NO LONGER call the pharmacy and get through to anyone anymore but are forced to leave a voicemail for somebody in the pharmacy to get around to returning your call whenever they feel like it, if they even do that is!! They might have too many messages and put yours off till the next day or so or may just ignore it all together and expect you to come by in person!They need to do away with this voicemail system and answer the phones like a normal pharmacy!!!!! If I can't speak to someone right away about an urgent medication matter then screw the CVS pharmacy, I will go elsewhere. CVS doesn't deserve my business. This new bogus voicemail setup is going to cost CVS a lot of customers!! If anyone at CVS is reading this then you people better get a clue and do away with that new system immediately! You're supposed to be there for the customers, not yourselves you selfish self-centered nimrods!! You people without question deserve this one star rating.

Great pharmacy! I was worried at first because when you call, they force you to leave a voicemail, but they always call me right back within 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and pickup is quick and easy.

CVS Pharmacy is a place that works with the customer. When I have had concerns on scheduling a vaccine or because I had problems with scheduling a group of vaccines, they took out the time to support me and to assist in solving the problem. CVS is my favoritePharmacy.

Every time I come here the pharmacy is closed. Came today at 3 and a sign said they won’t be open again u til tomorrow at 10.

The reason why I gave them a three-star they don't really answer the phone I'm trying to get some information about my daughter's medication and I call several times and you just be put on a voicemail for them to say they get back to you in a couple hours. First pharmacy I've experiences.

I have had numerous bad experiences at CVS pharmacy's over the years. Last spring I became my mom's primary care giver. She has used CVS pharmacy for years for her prescriptions. Even though we moved, I figured it would just be easier sticking with CVS for her medications. I am SO glad I did. This pharmacy is now my absolute favorite. The lead pharmacist/manager is one of the most personable and friendly person that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. And he seems to have surrounded himself with employees that have customer service as their focus. He leads them with a \"how can I help\" attitude that is missing in so many retail/customer facing establishments today. I actually look forward to going to pick up mom's medications, because I know it is very likely that I will encounter him and my day will be brighter because of it.

We had a challenging situation. We went thru three pharmacies before we finally got our Rx filled at this CVS store. We are grateful to Mr. Chuck Maduako. He was very patient telling us what was the problem. With his analysis, we were able to navigate the complexity of our doctor and the insurance company before getting my prescription. We are grateful to have his guidance. We also noticed that he was working in the pharmacy with no help. He nonetheless spent more than enough time with us.There is a day and night difference from the other two pharmacies went to before coming to CVS.Again, thank you, Mr. Maduako.

The staff is nice and overall no major issues, but I have never seen this pharmacy actually open on time. I get that we all have things going on, but it’s important that pharmacies open on time.
