This is a terrible pharmacy. Can't even get my prescription which I need desperately. I just moved to this pharmacy and thought it was just hyperbole. Nope. These people are bad. They don't care. Should just replace them with robots and a secure order system. That way we can pick up our scripts in a locker with a code sent to our phone or email. In certain situations replacing humans with machines is needed. These people are so horrible at their job and they don't answer phones anymore. It just goes to voicemail. Might as well just automate the whole process. They're basically phased out. Good riddance to em

Bill the Manager was rude and unhelpful. Hate the pharms. New VM system took almost 2 weeks for them to call back. Had to call to complain. This CVS needs work and alot of it! Short on staff is not customers fault ! Hire more people!

I would rate a zero if I could, I dropped off a prescription on a Friday that the pharmacy tech stated they would not have until Monday. Monday comes and I get a text message stating they do not have the medication and would need my doctor to prescribe something else. I call them and everything goes to voicemail without a callback. I finally get through to someone over the phone and they tell me my prescription was just dropped off today and they have no record it was dropped off on Friday. They state there is nothing they can do and tell me to contact my doctor, so the prescription can be sent to another pharmacy. Meanwhile, I have been suffering all weekend trying to power through it until today. This is an awful pharmacy, I have previously waited hours for medications to get filled that were just passed over from the minute clinic also.

The tall guy with the black hair was such a blessing! When my card wasn't working on self check, I took the stuff out of the bag and walked out. He ran out and told me he could help ring me up. I was still having issues with the card, and he did everything he could to help me. Honestly, that was the best customer service I've ever had in my life. This is definitely my favorite CVS location.

had a flu shot appointment, took walk in's before me, even though I was there, big time attitude, when I asked why didn't my appointment count. then wanted to charge me 30.00 when she did not charge the other walk in's. Very unprofessional, rude, texting in-between customers, said she was the manager in the pharmacy.

I have been to this CVS multiple times and I do my best to go elsewhere whenever possible. There seems to be a chronic shortage of help. The nursing support staff of the clinic are SMOKING outside and come inside to work reeking of cigarette smoke. As a physician and a mother of a child with reactive airways, this would certainly not help him if he came for a medical need. After seeing that he won’t. Today was the last straw- I was trying to reach something and a young blonde woman had her merchandise cart blocking what I needed. She saw me as we made eye contact. She DID NOT MOVE HER CART. I even said excuse me and she never moved it and I am 70 years old but in good shape. Still having to crawl on the floor to reach under her cart is too ridiculous and rude. The two stars were for the one young woman who always greets you in the morning. The rest is such poor service it is worth it to drive out of the area to another one.

I would give the pharmacy zero stars if I could they are a total disappointment and their lead tech doesn't need to be lead...little Miss Britney. She always has such an attitude. I've never seen this young lady happy but I'll tell you one thing she needs a good coaching!!! I have a special needs child I came to pick up the medication it was not ready. She told me 15 minutes I went in the store came out and back to the drive-through in exactly 15 minutes they were closed for lunch!!!, so she should've taken the initiative to have me wait right there fill or said 10 minutes , it should've been priority. Then when I rang the buzzer, another young lady came to the window very nasty!!!, customer service skills are out the window. "We are closed for lunch". I said the medication is pre-paid. She did not care. I live miles away such horrible service and it's not the first time! 10 thumbs down.

This pharmacy is by far the worst in the area of the five or so I have used. They DO NOT answer the phone and direct you to use their website, but when I do, and see there is a hold on the script, I am forced to call. The only option is to leave a message, and good luck getting a call back. They are only open until 7, which makes it even more inconvenient when trying to get a call back and a script filled. The store itself which is still relatively new, is filthy and the front doors are rickety and have trouble opening and closing. They send out annoying survey requests every time I use them, but my survey responses clearly go on deaf ears as nothing seems to get better. Only worse. I will likely be changing my insurance carrier so I never have to deal with CVS/Caremark again. They are good for a soda pop and a pack of chewing gum and that’s it. Steer clear for healthcare and meds. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I booked an appointment online for my son to get a vaccine. The website said they gave out vaccines for ages 3+, but when I got there, an extremely rude lady YELLED at me that “You don’t understand anything!” And when I showed her my appointment confirmation, she told me to “put down my phone”. She told me that vaccines were given out for ages 65+, but the website had clearly stated this was not the case. I will not return to this place, and I don’t recommend anyone comes here either.

I stopped by after 8 PM to do a passport photo and Kevin Scott there was an absolutely tremendous help. He spent tons of time with me, even past closing time, helping do all kinds of things I dragged him into, as I had been a professional photographer. It was way beyond the call of duty and totally unexpected of service you might reasonably think you would have. I will always go there and ask for him when I can.
