The Telegraph Road CVS is always very friendly. Their manager is fantastic - but my rewards were not applied to my purchase properly at the pharmacy.....had that problem several times.

The Asian woman back in the pharmacy, is she the pharmacist? If so, you would think for as much money as she makes, she would be a little more pleasant when presented with a question. It’s not my fault that Rite Aid went out of business because if they hadn’t , I certainly wouldn’t be coming to you and I’m not so sure that I still will.

Truly, go anywhere else but this location. The two women at the front were awful. I live nearby but I’ll go out of my way to go to another store. I had a simple pickup order and the woman made me feel as though I was a criminal?? She asked for “last four digits of your number”. Had no idea what number she meant (never been asked that for any of the pickup orders I’ve done over the years), I assumed phone number. She got really nasty with me and said she wasn’t going to give me my order without an order number. Then she complains to the coworker next to her about it. It would have been faster for me to pick out the items and use self checkout… never again. This is the second time I’ve had a really bad experience at this location.

Idk what's up with all the bad reviews. I love the pharmacy, I don't have a problem when I pick up my meds besides that the lines are long and that usually means other people love the pharmacy too. For example walgreens never have a line, I understand that's cause they are horrible. That's why I switched to CVS. Their staff move in a timely manner and they don't stare at you when you are waiting to be waited on. They seem to always keep the the line flowing. CVS pharmacy has even made my prescription right then and there really fast. I really don't have any complaints.

I had the pleasure to have Allen assist me at this CVS and it was a great experience! He assisted me in finding products and then ensured I got my discounts and my coupons to work. Allen made it a great experience.

All of the shopping I do at the CVS on Telegraph Road is on-line for in-store pick-up. The in-store pick-up process I've experienced is easy and quick. Also, I receive coupons in my e-mail from CVS and they definitely help in saving money. There is no minimum purchase amount for in-store pick up like at Walgreens, which is a plus. I've had nothing but good experiences with on-line shopping at CVS.

I love all the coupons and rewards I earn when shopping at CVS. I'm glad I became a rewards member

I have gone to this pharmacy 3 times to establish my prescriptions and then pick 2 up. I was amazed at the poor service. Clerks seem poorly trained and are rude (maybe indifferent or uncaring is a better way to describe it). The pharmacy seems poorly managed and disorganized. I have decided to get my prescriptions online. The face-to-face service here is miserable and not worth the trip.

If you have hours to waste every month on picking up your reoccurring script, look no further! This location is just right for you, especially if you enjoy a technician who always has a terrible attitude.
Skip the frustration and use literally any pharmacy that isn’t CVS. They will lose your insurance information month over month then claim your group number is invalid despite your insurance not changing once.

Do not recommend. Takes hours to days to get medication filled. Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Took me 3 days to find out 2 of my prescription were on hold. Don't recommend going if your perception is important for you to get.

Honestly, using this pharmacy is a personal health risk. They will provide extended dates for prescriptions to be ready, then provide no contact when on that date it still is not filled and they can provide no clear reason as to why the new stock ordered 2 days suddenly is gone, or apology. Therefore, prolonging unnecessary days without medication that is essential to use daily (per warning labels). They will advise they will call you back when a medication is ready, then forget to fill it, even if at this point you are over 5 days without the medication. Please keep in mind that is not any medication listed high on controlled substance list (it just is not available OTC), and literally any other pharmacy will provide a 7 day supply simply so you do not go without; This pharmacy can't even provide a phone call. They are very busy, but they do not employ people that are capable of effectively handling the patient volume. They do not understand the importance of medication management, and while waiting I often hear the pharmacy techs not only loudly stating a person's medication type for all to hear, but they attempt to use brand names for generics, and use the wrong one, so as they share thisprovate information they are also falsely representing the information they share. I have also heard them discuss a patients opiates rx while I was shopping for bandaids one day as if to shame the man simply because they made an error that had a negative impact on this mans health. It seemed their goal was to minimize his right to be angry by attempting to isolate him in the other customer's eyes as an addict. My heart goes out to him, not only having to be in pain but to be diminished for it by someone closer to child than adult. Not only is it not a pharmacy tech's business or place to discuss a man's treatment, it's against HIPAA laws to do so publicly. Advice: If you are going to take orders well above the pharmacy's capacity to work them, then at the least ensure your pharmacy techs act in an empathetic and professional manner. I actually have insurance thru CVS caremark which recently is having participants order from CVS to be covered. Working with this place makes me so stressed and uncomfortable I will pay out of pocket just so I can get my medication from somewhere else and on time. Watching some of these pharmacy techs is like watching young adults attempt to use a pharmacy technician role as their own personal way to assert dominance over others. Furthermore, my experience here will likely lead to me changing my entire health insurance plan when open enrollment comes. This will be a loss of 5000.00 annually to my current carrier, and I will be advising anyone with my coverage to do the same.

Blonde girl (cashier) was yelling at customer because she didn't understand what the cashier was saying. Extermely bad customer service. She did not need to yell. Very rude. Lady looked sad all cashiers fault.
