I was there recently to have a band and a battery replaced in my watch. By the time they were done, one of my watch buttons no longer functioned and the band came off. I landed up throwing my watch in the trash since it was now non-functional.My recommendation is to go find another place that's more reputable and more knowledgeable than these people.

I called Dakota Watch Co today to see if they could take links out of a Michelle watch. Unfortunately there was no answer twice. To my surprise, my phone rang and it was Andrew calling from Dakota to see if he could help me. He had stepped away to use the restroom and apologized for missing my call. With the lack of customer service in this world these days, I was thrilled to death to deal with Andrew. When I went there, he was pleasant, efficient and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I just want everyone to know that Andrew is a refreshing change from what we normally deal with these days. Thanks Andrew....I appreciated the exchange today and wanted everyone to know my excellent experience.

One of the watches I brought in couldn't get a new battery. The second one was supposedly okay but after we left mall, we found it was not working at all. Too far from our home to return. Also we were not given a receipt. Not a good experience.

No one is ever working at the kiosk. Every time I go, there is a sign up that says "be back shortly." I waited 30 minutes on lunch break today but no one showed up. There were at least 7 other potential customers who came by during that time to look. They waited for a while for help but gave up, as did I eventually because I had to get back to work. They are losing a lot of business by walking away from the kiosk and leaving it unattended for long stretches of time, and not managing the place. I've been by at least 5 times in the last week and no one was there working. Doesn't matter what time of day--morning, afternoon, evening--same thing. I understand when you're working by yourself you have to take a bathroom break sometimes, but this is way beyond that. It's incompetence and a complete lack of regard for customers.

I had great service today by a gentleman name Khris. He changed a battery for me and showed me a few watches. I'll definitely be back.

I brought my watch in to Dakota a few weeks ago due to my watchband was broken & fell off my wrist. The attendant, Wayne, was so incredibly helpful, and worked for a very long time to get my watch back in tip top shape. He was very diligent, professional, and took his time making sure my watchband was a perfect fit, and secured. I would trust Wayne, at Dakota Watch, for all my watch repairs and will definitely return when I have watch issues. Thank you Wayne, for everything you did, and all the hard work you put into repairing my watch.

cool watches, horrible sales rep. specifically the woman with the shaved head.she acted very hostile towards basic questions.i mean, who has the time or energy to be that angry in the morning?and if you have such an attitude towards helping people,maybe work in a field where it is not a requirement.have been going here for years, will NOT be returning.**just an update** for anyone reading these reviews. 9 MONTHS LATER i finally have my watch back.all it needed was the band replaced.in the time it took them to replace the band on a watch you could have made an entire human.
