The seamstress I had was great, and very understanding of what I wanted. She did forget a few things but quickly made it up. I am happy with my experience, every time I go!

Scheduled a 4:30 appointment to find a dress for the mother of the bride and we were told that we had a stylist yet she never showed up. We waited for over 30 mins then after asking where she was we were told that her shift had ended and they never checked on us to tell us. Thankfully another sales associate stepped in, however the woman at the front desk and the manager didn’t seem to understand how unprofessional it was to have us waiting for 30 mins. The manager simply said “well she went home…” . The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because Salma the sales associate saved the day. Very unprofessional staff and the manager should be fired

Heaven was the best . She made me feel extremely sexy in my wedding dress and I can’t wait to get married even more now. Everyone was so helpful I felt amazing and it was a quick process and I would definitely recommend anyone to them. ???

My Friend who had a Bridal Appointment today was left feeling disheartened. This should have been an exciting time! The stylist gave her the bare minium attention. Didn't pull the right sizes so she could try on dresses. She could barely try anything on. Then the stylist asked twice what size shoes and what kind she could pull for her and never did. Never put on a veil or tierra nothing! She paid more attention to a different bride who she wasn't even the stylist for!. Then we asked if she could try on a gown one more time and the lady said no your appointment time is over. Like are you serious! This davids bridal was beyond horrible. This is the one time in a brides life that it's supposed to be special and ya'll striped her of that! Absolutely disgusting!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Loved how you were treated just walking in and trying on formal dresses. Be careful of the strict 7 day return, I've never heard of such a short time.
