Never in my life have I experienced what happened this past Friday. What a douche of douche bag salesman Chris b. Is. I've alwaya been an advocate and a subaru lover. Though I wouldn't go back to DE subaru if they gave me 10k off a new car if it meant dealing with this brash and over confident loser. Thumbs down for little Chris b.

I just bought my first Subaru from Bob Martin at Delaware Subaru. We went went up after 7 pm on a stormy night to look at a car. My husband had talked to the manager Andy who said he had a Crosstrek on the lot like we had been looking for. Bob brought the Crosstrek into a garage so we didn't have to look at it in the rain.It was a great experience. Bob was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Because it was late at night when our purchase was complete, the detailers had gone home, but Bob did their work. He got into the car in the pouring rain and reviewed its features before we left. He followed up with me the next day and helped with questions. I won't hesitate to call if I need anything else.The team including the sales manager stayed until 10 pm that night because we lived downstate and were not able to come back the next day.I highly recommend Bob and the team at Delaware Subaru. They were amazing.

Just purchased a 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 from them. I live in Indianapolis and purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Chris Brousseau and the rest of their team were extremely helpful and made the entire process easy. Highly recommend for anyone purchasing a vehicle remotely.

Always a great experience! Helpful, efficient, and provides useful service advice without pushing a lot of unnecessary add ons. Great value pricewise and friendly staff (shout out to Mark, who is the most patient and professional guy around!). Used to go to other auto service businesses because I thought a dealership would be overpriced but have saved a ton of money, time, and hassle since switching.

Showed up to an test drive appointment made two days prior and the vehicle was sent to cleaning/mechanic and was unable to see the vehicle but a simple text would have been sufficient such as "let's reschedule the vehicle isn't ready to be shown yet" instead they're quick to spam call you and get you in the door but when it came to simple customer service and communication they really dropped the ball. I was ready to buy a car that day but they lost the sale. Very unprofessional.

they have no clue what they are doing....they were supposed to pay off my car didn't do that... almost a year later never sent me my tags.... call them no one calls back.... so unprofessional... would never buy from them it is not worth it

I’ve bought 2 vehicles from Delaware Subaru and I get my vehicle serviced there. The people are super friendly and personally I would not take it anywhere else. My Crosstrek is perfect for my life at this stage with excellent gas mileage but most importantly the safety. When my children were younger I had a Forester and then an Outback so this is my 3rd Subaru. My wife and I are approaching retirement and when we go to 1 car it will be my Subaru.

Excellent service as always. Very accommodating when my battery died. They were able to get me in earlier and get me a loaner car. It was very much appreciated.

After all of that, they sold us a car they didn't physically have the title to. It took us 6+ mos to get the title to our bank after so many lies from the dealership that I lost count. We just traded in our Subaru because the local dealerships are so shady.

Very poor customer service and no communication between sales and service departments to the customer. It's as though they don't care about you after you buy a car. Salesman promised to call me to set up an appointment for a new key fob that they owed me when I bought the car. A month after I called the salesman, his response was that service department is busy. Okay, I get it. I waited another month and half I called the service department myself to set up an appointment. They had NO IDEA they owed me a new key. They told me they were gonna order the key and called me when to bring the car. The day before my appointment they called me saying that the person never ordered the key. I had to reschedule for another date (lost a day from work). The other case from their lack of communication was about my registration card. They were supposed to call me when the card arrived. I went through two temporary tags (I understand the DMV is backed up with all new car registrations). On the third month I called the finance person for an update. She checked and told me it was in and I picked it up the same day (December 16th). They had the card in their possession for over a month with a note that said "mail by November 8th". Again, no customer service communication.
