Just purchased a 2022 suburban. We ordered it in February and delivered Mid July. We worked with Marcus who was an excellent carsalesmen dude. Awesome communication throughout the entire process. I must have bothered him at least once a week with a question. I was offered a soild fare price for my trade-in. The financing department dude was also very professional and patient. Overall, a very good experience at Diver Chevrolet in wilmington.

DO NOT USE DIVER CHEVROLET!!! BEWARE BEWARE.
I SPENT close to $80,000 on my new 2022 suburban z71 2 years ago. I have used their service department for all maintenance since purchase. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance last week at 36300+/-miles on odometer. The day I got my vehicle back the wiper fluid motor stopped working; probablydue to messing with a recall repair. I brought it in to get fixed today and they refused to cover the cost of repair because it was over the 36000 mileage. DIVER CHEVROLET Shame on you for a $200.00 profit. I will never buy another vehicle or use your service department again. Unforgivable business blunder.

I recently tried to buy an Equinox EV through this dealership. The test drive was fine. The follow through was nonexistent. I applied for financing and received an initial and then an updated estimate that were both inaccurate. I asked for clarification and was told I would receive further information the following day. I was never contacted by email or phone. I also asked about the availability of a charger through their dealership twice via email and was not answered directly until I contacted a manager. I decided to not proceed with the purchase due to overall lack of communication and follow through.
