This store never stays open until the posted time, I’ve been here before 7pm on multiple occasions and the employees are either closing down or have already closed down. Today I tried to come there at 5pm and the store is closed. They aren’t supposed to close until 9pm. This is a real inconvenience.

No public Wi-Fi as advertised. Was planning on going to this Pacific Dollar general to add money to my cash app account and my phone unfortunately was cut off at the time. Had to walk out the store without any purchases anything just because of the no public Wi-Fi as advertised online that it was available?
For all consumer businesses, please do not post invalid information on your website stating that all your stores indeed have Wi-Fi access then when the customer Arrives there is none. Had to pay a phone bill and was going to use this Dollar general at a terminal for to do that at the time.

This store is neglected.....the stock is never put away. Your not allowed to use your OTC benefit from any health insurance OTC benefit.....the store has stock sitting in every isle. And the workers are not nice.. They need to improve themselves.

My ELDERLY MOTHER was talked horribly to, grabbed up and argued with because she likes to save $ when she can for us and uses her DG app to look for sales and whatnot; that for some reason they don't like to hold themselves too and rather have an inappropriate interaction with customers. A customer behind her, my mother, decided she was taking too long. THE CUSTOMER JUMPED LIKE ON HER BACK, grabbed my mother's cane and wallet, threw them outside the store, ripped the cart away from her and when she got on her phone to call the police right away that customer then tried tug of war-ed her phone from her. My mother never cries ,she called the police and after me crying because they were all buddy-buddy, the police did NOTHING and said nothing really happed since you weren't punched or slapped. And banned ONLYYYY MY MOTHERRR from coming back to the store!!!!!!!!!!!! During open hours the employees dont want to work so it's just closed half the time and it's always a mess, as are most Dollar Generals but. All of this combined, I am so f-ing disappointed and my mom will forever be scarred from this. The absolute disappointment and disgust I now feel that we aren't safe to do anything anymore, cops or not. This world is horribly lost on me. I give up.
If I could give this 0 ⭐ I would. This is an absolute tragedy.

I had previously given this store 1star, but today I went for first time in like months and HUGE difference!!! Shelves stocked and nice and neat and could walk around without boxes everywhere. Staff was soooo much better and so nice. Whatever they did at the store it's changed it completely around and now I want to shop there
