Every visit to Dollar General, employees are funny and kind, and the store has a welcoming aura. One time, a customer went blind in front of the cashier and customers, ran into a sales rack, a man on the way out, and a lady called them cute while struggling to breathe. The store still has a great vibe, though there is an overwhelming sensation to go blind. A customer looking for Aquafor found that the MANAGER went out of his way to help, looked up a product, and offered further assistance. The MANAGER service was above and beyond customer service and should be recognized. Another customer had a $10 non‑refundable phone card with an invalid pin; two women tried to remedy the matter, calling 1-800. There were also reports of double charged internet security CARDs and class action lawsuits involving vendors and lawyers. The new Total Wireless Verizon was mentioned.
As far as service, Ive only experienced friendly and helpful employees. As far as the store itself, its a mess. There are carts of inventory everywhere, and there is a sincere lack of organization. Despite this, the employees always seem to be working hard at moving stock, so this is likely a problem at the top.

Good prices yea, but staying open till they say they will is a lie. Currently 7:49 pm and they’re locked up. Apparently 9 is too late and hard to stay truthful to.
