I wish all the employees the best but I fear this store is not long for this world if it continues to be managed poorly :(
Over the last few years this location has gotten less & less staffed and stocked.

Has DEFINITELY gone downhill since my grandkids used to go with me ten years ago. Atmosphere isn't as friendly. Never liked it sitting on the street, not as safe as could be for kids!

I showed up at 9:30 expecting to buy a couple things. The door and online says they close at 10:00. The guy working there wouldn't let me in he stated we are closed. I asked why aren't you open till 10:00? He answered me by saying we've been closing at 9:30 so we can get the store cleaned up! Wow! Really? I suggest changing your sign to say 9:30.

Had the audacity to close 15 minutes and locked the doors as we were walking towards the door. Literally closed at 9:46pm and sat down. Here’s a picture of who closed the door and I’ll be calling the corporate office on Monday.

It's literally you're job to bag the items but the cashier couldn't be bothered to place my items in the bag I purchased. However, she definitely bagged the items of the people behind me.......it wasn't my attitude, because I was nice. she know why and she needs to be fired. You get paid to provide good service to everyone, not just who you feel like. If you cannot do that, get another a job or go into business for yourself
