Is the store permanently closed? I have been there 3 times in the past month and it's not open anytime. There is a sign in the door saying due to technical difficulties the store is closed.... What is going on?

The store has a sign that says, open for Thanksgiving 8am...I am STILL sitting in my car and the doors are locked. Didn't even see anyone walking around in the store, and they didn't answer the phone. It is now 8:15am. Smh ?
