This place never disappoints. They have fruit baskets, chocolate covered fruit, I mean anything you can think of. They deliver as well. A perfect gift!!!

Man at front desk unhelpful & not knowledgeable. Couldn’t make a purchase in person, I had to buy online using my phone while standing inside the store!!! No ready made grab & go items were available.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Easter when I went to pick them up they were no resemblance to the picture from the order. They were more like Valentine’s Day than Easter!!! I would have been embarrassed to bring them anywhere so I stated to the manager these were not what I ordered and I wanted a refund. At first she refused and was so rude to me Quite honestly it was one of my worst customer experiences!!! Monday I called their corporate office and they did nothing and kept telling me I received a refund. I will NEVER use this company again!

I placed an order from New York for my friend’s birthday, and I called the day that I placed the order. I’ve done this before at locations in New York and they’ve been so helpful and so amazing. I am highly disappointed with this edible arrangement location.
Let me just say that first of all the lady was Very rude. After going around in circles with her, she said, be sure to call the day off so that we can try our best to make the order Reach the home in time.
Fast-forward to today, February 16, 2025 -I’m calling the day off, which is today Sunday morning at 9 AM. I’m calling directly with my caller ID showing no response.
I called possibly five times. I then decided to block my caller ID - miraculously the same woman answers The phone and I let her know I’ve been calling all morning because she told me to call the morning of, and she had been ignoring my calls and screening them. Disgusting customer service I will never order from this place again.

Kept lying and saying order wasn't ready for pick up for delivery, over 2 hours of waiting AFTER arriving for pickup for 12 berries and one balloon, unreal.

After reading the reviews when I should have before making my purchase. I wanted to make sure that it wasnt just me and maybe I just had bad luck but this location has terrible customer service. They answer the phone dont say anything just put u on hold with well over 2 business hours left. Never responded to emails or even got a return phone after calling the corporate number and put in the waiting que for a call back. Never making a purchase from any edible arrangement again. Better off making ur own. They take your money and leave you hanging.
