My order of chocolate covered strawberries, for my wife, never arrived on Valentine's Day. I call around 4:30pm because we hadn't received them. They called and left a message, at 8:30pm, stating the order wasn't delivered and I could receive a refund or the delivery. I left a message stating I still wanted the delivery and some compensation for the inconvenience. At 2:30 pm I called and spoke to the manager and she stated the delivery fee will be refunded and the delivery was out to be delivered. The order arrived 3 hours later.
Edible Arrangement you have to do better.

I placed my order over the phone with Debora. That experience was one of the best over the phone ordering experiences that I have ever experienced!
Pickup at the store with Brenae was also a great experience! And lastly, the 30% discount I was given when I picked up my order was excellent!

I am really disappointed by the services I received. The person who answered the phone was very rude and not sympathetic to my concerns. If only they would have been more nicer possibly just a sorry we can’t help with that ! or you did not opt for that service ! would have been sufficient. I am not sure if the lady who answer the phone name was Burnay or Barney but they may need some assistance in the active listening and customer Service. Not a happy customer.

This was an excellent experience start to finish. Cassandra was wonderful in brainstorming different ideas for me since I had a food allergy to contend with. She really went above & beyond to help me order the right amount of fruit I would need for 50ish people. Pick up was seamless and the fruit trays looked gorgeous. Everyone enjoyed the platters of deliciously fresh fruit & I didn’t have to spend hours shopping and preparing a huge fruit tray. I will definitely be ordering again from here as well as suggesting Edible Arrangements on Naamans Road to everyone. ?

I had a resent delivery to my boss for Principal day and to our Administrative assistants for Administrative Assistant Day. They were delighted with the "Thanks for All You Do" arrangement the teachers sent them! They said it was beautiful and delicious! They kept the pretty balloon hanging in the office. The driver kindly worked with us to avoid bus traffic.

Didn’t deliver the cake with my order and had no intentions of telling me until I called. Conviently when I made this order my card got hacked and had to cancel my card. So when I called for a refund it wasn’t possible since the money would need to go back on the orginal card.

I am very disappointed the way my order was handled on Valentine’s Day. My kids ordered an edible platter which was never delivered neither did anyone bother calling and letting us know. Spoke to Dana the employee who first said that she would give us back $50 and have it delivered on the 16th now which was not good enough. I told her that I would contact your corporate office regarding the inconvenience this caused me. After 10 minutes Dana called back saying she is canceling the order and refunding the payment. Very very disappointed with this whole situation.

This was not a good experience and hopefully I can get my money back!! It’s simple I placed an order for my GF this morning and it’s about 8pm and haven’t heard anything, called multiple times, tried contacting through email and their contact on the companies website for this location and nothing! I paid for the arrangement I paid an extra 20 bucks for delivery for today. If it’s gonna be late or delivered tomorrow at least say something 121 dollars and I can’t even get a phone call or a response about my order. Do what you want but that what I got from this location on Naamans road!!! I can see the reviews can be manipulated because I read good reviews but this is the kinda of service I get! Or don’t get…. Be careful and the extra fees for same day…. Don’t do it!
