Erica and Tim are a fantastic team! Erica was so helpful in helping us pick our new kitchen counter, and when we had issues picking out our sink Tim was able to help us through the process. The quality of the counters is amazing and install was so quick and easy! The veining and colors are absolutely perfect.

My wife and I highly recommend Elegantly Set in Stone. We appreciate the communication that was provided to us during our kitchen remodel. While choosing our granite, all staff members went out of their way to make sure we saw all of our options. During the appointment for measurements, Susanne offered some suggestions on areas that I had concerns with and the final product came out absolutely perfect! The installers were professional and polite. Upon completion they left the area clean and ready to show off to family and friends. Elegantly Set in Stone was recommended by a friend during my kitchen and bath remodel, and I'm so glad I found them. Every interaction we had with Erica was great - she was so patient and thorough, and the whole team clearly took pride in their work and was super accommodating. We purchased quartz countertops, and also used a piece of the slab as a shower bench (Tim chose just the right section with perfect veining!). Couldn't be happier with the final product.

Our contractor recommended Elegantly Set in Stone for our countertops. We had seen a slab elsewhere but it was no longer available. Erica was our first contact and she listened carefully to what we were looking for quickly found a great alternative. After that, from templates to installation, everything went smoothly. The colors and movement within the granite. The finished product. All that we hoped for was achieved. They are stunning!The entire team was friendly, courteous and professional. Whenever we had questions, they were answered quickly and respectfully. It was truly a pleasure working with them and I don’t hesitate to recommend them for your project.

From selection to install the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, take pride in their quality craftsmanship and are committed to providing a great customer service experience.Many thanks to Susanne and Tim for their personalized attention in helping us find just the right stone for our projects. We love the way our new bathroom countertop and shower bench perfectly complement our renovation design. I hired ESiS to redo the kitchen counters in my home and have been thrilled with the decision. Everyone at the showroom was very patient with me and explained everything in detail and the guys who did the templating and install were friendly, professional and went the extra mile to ensure everything fit correctly on installation day. That's before even talking about the counter top, which is beautiful. I'm definitely going to be reaching out again when it's time to do the backsplash. Can't recommend them highly enough.

First let me say the customer service was great but the handling of the mis measurements after installation was not. My wife and i ordered countertops and was given a suggestion to alter the measurements, which was fine, but when installed it was not the measurements we agreed on. It was addressed with the company and due to the fact that it was inches off, not significant enough to them but to us, they said they could not recut the entire stone but offered “other” things made out of the same stone. Countertops are very expensive and time consuming when you don’t have a functional kitchen. We ended up getting less countertop space than our estimate, price still didn’t change, and although they acknowledged their mistake, the idea of them recutting the stone was never an option for them. If using this company, double check the measurements again and again before the final installation. Started off great and ended sourEdit: This was my personal experience with things, this review is not a reflection of the professionalism or service of the company who were all great. So my original low star review isn’t warranted. So i have changed that.
