I have been using Enterprise car rental for many many years. I've used their francise locally as well as various other states. They have always accommodated me with clean and reasonably priced vehicles.

I came to this company for a car because I had an accident and I don't have it until they fix it. They gave me an appointment at 3:30 pm and it was 5:25 pm and they still hadn't given me the car, and the letter they had for me already had gas in it. I've been waiting for two and a half hours. The people who work here tell me 5 minutes and out of those 5 minutes, almost 3 hours have passed waiting.
