My dad and I both called about getting my 2014 BMW timing chain replaced, they took forever to get back to me and finally quoted me $5,100. Without knowing it was my dad, they quoted him $4,800 for the exact same thing? Overpriced and shady👹

Had my 13 X3 in for a large and complicated service, Mitch, Justin and the rest of the crew do a great job and are very knowledgeable about these cars. I have never really trusted mechanics but this shop has changed my mind.

Michael took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues, explained everything in detail, and delivered the work exactly as promised.
Now that the service is complete, my car drives exactly the way it was designed to …. like the ultimate driving machine. The handling feels tight and precise, the ride is smooth, and the performance is everything I was hoping for. It honestly feels like I’m driving a brand-new car again.
If you’re looking for a shop that truly knows European vehicles and treats both the car and the customer with respect, I highly recommend European Performance. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance and performance needs.

Disappointing experience with my BMW rear brake service and customer support.
The front and rear brakes were replaced within one month apart at European Performance. The front brake service was a quality job. After 13k miles, the front brakes are measured at 10mm, which is as expected. The rear brakes are down to 4mm in that same duration. The brake measurement was recently performed by a BMW technician and on video.
I notified European Performance of the issue and asked to discuss the further, but no response. Most likely they used an inferior product on the rear, which is understandable. Nonetheless, I expected better customer service and a consideration for future discounted replacement.

EP is the best BMW shop in the area.. BY FAR! There’s a reason they’ve been around for years and years. They’ve bailed me out multiple times and I’m truly grateful for their family like service. Thank you guys for everything!!

Took my 340i for a Transmission Fluid Change/Flush and to change the Rear Differential Fluid. They were very communicative, quick and efficient.
I even received a call from European Performance a day or two later just to check in and ensure the car was running properly. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Like before they have saved my Baby Blue BMW. Their distance is roughly about 30 to 40 mi from me but it service is always grand and great she is running smooth and perfect thank you for such great work on foreign cars European performance keep the good work maybe get another location somewhere close by in Dover

Great service for a great price. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Came in for break pads and oil change and they completed it efficiently and in a timely manner. Will be coming back
