Came to this shop off a recommendation as previous shop was not great at communicating. Dropped car off, worked with James, had them look at it and was given a cost. Work was done and picked up car and was told by James he forgot to tell me about a $139 diagnostic fee. I asked to have that taken off and was told no and confirmed by Brad the manager as well. Brad the manager told me its on the customer to ask about any additional fees and I should have assumed there was a diagnostic fee. After coming to discuss this morning, left with being told the same thing and that I must be hard up for money to pursue a $139. Disappointing and will not be back

Definitely need customer service training was very rude ignorant and disrespectful came on June 16 at 800pm would definitely not recommend this location felt super uncomfortable

I get my gas ⛽️ there a lot of times ⏲️ ?. Just wish ? gas prices wouldn't keep going up. Such is life.
