Very accommodating staff. Went out of their way to search the store for a size that was confirmed to be there but wasn't on the shelf. selection is small and bland.

Two stars because I found some comfortable work shoes.... Other than that... The older lady who works the floor she wasnt really customer service friendly... Overly watching us... Following us... It was weird...I wouldnt have purchased anything at all from a store that does things like thay... But I had already been to a few stores looking for work sneakers so I got them... But otherwise I would definitely Not come back to this location at all.... The cashier was ok though.. she greeted and thanked... First and last time at this location

Staff was friendly but the store is seriously understocked. The concord mall in general looks like a ghost town. Better do something to revive it or it's going to totally fail.

I bought a pair of shoes on discount rack but no discount given. I should have gone to Kohls (same price--not discounted). At least I would have gotten Kohl bucks. :(

Was there with my daughter and she found a pair of sneakers but not in her size the guy recommended us to go to Ladies foot locker and it was the same price we get there and the price is higher SMH
