The was okay atmosphere and everything. I had a few issues which caused me to give this one star review. I asked for small/medium mid back length Senegalese twist. Halfway through my head the lady notified me that they were knotless which i did not ask for knotless i wanted them with a knot, I also noticed that the twist where micro size small and butt length all of which i did not ask for but was still charged and extra $50. Then on top of that me and another young lady who happened to be in our twenties were the only 2 people rushed to sign a receipt and pay halfway throughout our service as if we weren’t going to pay, mind you i had been 5 people before us and 1 person after us and none of them where required to do. Not only was I discriminated against l, i didn’t get what i asked for and was required to pay more because they made a mistake. I will not be returning and will not refer anybody to them and will be posting in all Facebook groups to not come here unless they want to receive this type of treatment.

This is the worst hair braiding place i have ever been too, if there were a zero stars i would rate it.. first of- it tool 8 hours for some Senegalese twists, they braided the top and then did twists, and braided the bottom, as the day went on they took extra long breaks, 3 or 4 people were doing my hair, they talk about you in their language, not professional at all..
My hair is a mess, now I have to try to fix it.. I'm very DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE..

I love Fantasy braids. The braider are professional and do an excellent job. I've been going got a couple of months and I am extremely happy with their work. Ms. Rama and Ms. Mary are top notch. Please listen to me and call make an appointment or walk in and get yourself a great time and beautiful braids, twists or any other natural styles. You will be so excited and satisfied.

The ladies could care less about hair care, they are unprofessional and don't question them or they will talk about you in another language right in front of your face. In addition, I think theres mold in the ceiling. Be careful

I went to get my hair done there and showed them a picture of how I wanted it but the style was nowhere near what I wanted and she kept telling me it was. I'm very picky when it comes to my hair and she charged me a hundred dollars I started to walk out. But I payed her. That was my first and last time going there.

They take walk-ins which is great. They do try to accommodate each person and their requests. The only issue I have is parking.

If I could give less than 1star I would. The lack of professionalism is very real. I came to this shop today Monday because I was told that the braider could do short hair. Upon entering the shop, I found 3 ladies sitting in their chairs, no one greeted me. They seemed like they did not want to work. I showed one of the ladies the pic of the style and she said "it's too short I can't do it." Never did she try to offer me other style that she could do. Just rudeness

Horrible experience always late, unprofessional, talk too much, first thing you come in and got to eat before you do the client. Don’t go here!!! Call make an appointment and they don’t respect your time.

First, they open at 9AM and not 8:30AM!Second, if you want a place to get your hair done at an affordable price, this is it! Ladies, do not sleep on this place. Just see from the pictures below and you can tell they take their time when they do hair. Each head they do has its own personal touch. Mary is usually booked, but everyone has their own technique and braids really fast. I love the designs, I love the women, and I love my hair!

I like them bc they are fast, but when u call for an appt and your stylist shows up n hr later, it is disturbing.
