We recently asked Mike and his team to create a new banner and flag for our upcoming trade shows and both turned out great. The team worked with us on our desired layout and graphics, and proofing the art work was easy. Turn around on the finished product exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Fast Signs to anyone because they are professional and deliver results.

Laura Levitsky was so unprofessional and rude that we will never use your company again, nor refer anyone. It took 15 days to get 750 standard business cards... This order was paid in full on September 5th. SIX days later I called to see what was taking so long for completion. Laura claimed the order was never even started because "she sent an email" and we did not respond. Any professional business with a fully paid order would have made a follow up call to ensure the customer received the email and the order could be processed. Not Laura... When we retrieved her email (from spam as it was her first email to our company), estimated production turnaround time said 2-3 days after approval. A business that valued a new customer would have been more accommodating and did their best to at least meet the timeline, if not rush the job considering the lack of communication. Not Laura... She finally picks up the phone to call me to tell me our job would take 3-5 business days. She was extremely rude and made it clear that she had no interest in future business from our company. Another SIX days later after hearing absolutely nothing and two emails to her going unanswered, I called Fastsigns to, again, check the job status at which time we found out the job was done and "someone (Laura I presume) should have called to let us know".We will NEVER send another print job to this company as long as Laura has anything to do with it.

Working with Fast Signs, I've found their people are smart, capable and honest. Service is excellent and my signage needs are always satisfied. I've used them for everything from simple posters, to photo backdrops, and office signage. They recently installed a mural on a wall in my office. They're awesome!
