I’m very disappointed that they returned a parcel to shipper the same day I was to pick it up. I’m a truck driver and I’ve been out of town for a while.
It’s difficult to get a hold of this store by phone nor someone to answer the phone , I was being transferred to automated messaging systems.

I was in a rush, and Victoria (the staff member there) was amazing. Not only did she find a way to get my job printed so quickly for me, but she also (without me asking) delivered it to me in the coffee shop across the hall while I was busy in a zoom meeting. Truly above and beyond service!
