Wonderful customer service. I came in to return a cell phone. I was not organized. The individual helping was very patient, understanding, and efficient - tending to the other customers at the same time as addressing my mistakes. Great experience.

The fact that I have to set every delivery to be sent here so I can pick it up because the warehouse and drivers are too incompetent to do their jobs is crazy. How is this company still around?

I am handicap and have difficulty walking. I called the store and an employee came out to the parking lot to help me. They picked up my package and gave a receipt while I waited in the car. I thought this was outstanding customer service.

This location closes at 7. I stop by at 6:55 and was refused by the worker to send my document without a shipping label. Shouldn’t it be as long as you are inside before 7 then you should be able to send?

The FED Ex Team really showed Me how to receive a better Print. I had no idea what to do. They really know Their machines very well. They deserve top Rate in $$$. Thanks for everything. They have ALL the answers.

Colleen was wonderful to work with over the phone. She was super responsive via email after I sent my files as well. Appreciated her suggestions for my event posters that were needed within four hours for pick up. As promised, everything was done in a timely manner for pick up. Flawless interaction in the store… I would highly suggest working with this location.

They owe me for the 1 star. Walked in 7 mins before closing just to mail a package that was already packed and paid for shopping .The first welcome out of the employees mouth was we would need you to leave at 7 no matter what ,lol how rude . They won’t help print my label because they close at 7 asked I drop the package and they would label and send me a receipt the next day , with nothing to show I dropped off a package to be shipped.Not one since customer service feel even though I was apologizing for coming in before they closed and needs the label printed and that’s it .Would recommend employees be retrained on how best to attend to customers .

I had trouble printing a car insurance document where the lettering was coming out cut-off. Charlotte was very professional and beyond helpful in trying to print the document using different printers, setting, and paper. It far beyond exceeded my expectations. I would definitely be coming here again if I need similar service.

Charlotte was more than helpful during my visit to FedEx. I misunderstood some of the information on my prepaid return label, and she was able to clarify for me. She was patient, generous, and kind. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time, and because of her I will be referring friends or family to this FedEx store. Absolutely exceeded my expectations!

I have used their
[email protected] web address to send documents from my laptop to this email address only only pdf file please ... So when I got here for a business contracts documents I had received a code back on my email address six digits which you can either self print going to their self service area or ask them to print st little higher cost per page . Pronto my order is ready ... Hito go...
