I don't usually write reviews, but there is a heavy set fella with glasses and curly hair who works the front desk and is extremely rude. He has a superiority complex because he's been working at Firestone for a while but can't accept that he may be and is wrong about my experience booking a reservation for services online. I won't go into detail about the error, however, his handling of the situation was egregious and he needs to be trained in communication skills, deescalation, and overall politeness when dealing with customers. I'm not one who believes the customer is always right, but the employee isn't always right either. Anyway, as I'm sitting here waiting for my tire, I am listening to
Him have poor communication with another customer, but I digress. Do better.

I went in for new tires cool put them on the back fine they tell me that my front driver side tire rim is cracked that’s why I’m losing air cool pull my car out drive it around back next thing I know it’s on lift or rack manager said u need a wheel alignment I said why if my new tires are on the back he said that it was for the front my response was that the rim is bent his answer was that has nothing to do with a alignment not thinking at all go ahead go and sit down for 5 minutes and manager said cars done there’s no way in Hell that they did a wheel alignment and not only that if they had rotated the new tires to the front then I could see them doing the alignment feel ripped off and scammed

The customer service is what ruined my entire service with this location. Number one I had a coupon that said one rate but when I arrived I was up-charged due to .7 quarts of oil. When I discussed this with the sales rep he began to get smart and disrespectful. I explained to him further that I called to verify the coupon and made sure I put everything in on the website correctly when booking the appointment and he still proceeded to be smart and rude. The service itself took around 40 minutes which is also something I never experienced with competitors and my fluids were not topped off as they are with the competitors. I was willing to overlook the time and what wasn't done but once my car was done his attitude returned. NEVER AGAIN.

Got an alignment but my car still pulls to the right. Called to tell them and the person who answered the phone was very rude. I will never use them again

If I could give no stars I would.
Im upset that I had $400 available on my Firestone card and they kept trying to overcharge my card. It was declining and they made my husband pay the $600 on our bank card rather than only just putting $200 on our bank card and putting the $400 on my Firestone card. Diego behind the counter was more worried about eating dunkin donuts and his phone rather than doing his damn job! My husband had to return to the center so that Brian could get our situation fixed. The second return to the store should not even have happened, if Diego listened and only put $400 on the card and charged my husband the rest on his bank card, which should have been around two hundred. Now we have to wait for our bank to return the funds.
Definitely NOT happy with this place!

Was told an hour and a half almost 2 hours ago. Now they say another hour and a half. Awful service. Unfortunately this is where I have to take my truck because it's a work vehicle and this is who they contract with.

This was at the prices corner store. Overall I like getting my vehicle serviced here, it's close to home and they offer a comprehensive report at a low price. The crew rotation when you stop in will determine the level of service you receive.

Brought my car in for an alignment and wheel balancing and now I have a noticeable vibration at 40mph+ that was not present prior to bringing my car here.

Horrible. They demanded a diagnostic fee even when I told them the warranty covered it. I asked if they would tighten my license plate (I offered to pay and he stated (rudely) that "we don't do that kind of stuff". I guess "complete auto care is a typo on the sign. I will NEVER use Firestone again and I am calling my warranty company for which which they are an authorized service center.

I like their work but they left my car sitting in the parking lot all day. I had a 2:00 appointment I called them around 5:00 and they had not taken my car into work on it yet. They took customers that walked in after me while I was waiting for my scheduled 2:00 appointment.

Everyone was friendly, but when the job was done I was given my car back missing a valve stem cap (I went in to get a new valve stem) and my tire pressure light was on. The kid stated it was over inflated and fixed it. I can accept that. But I have a big grease stain on my tan cloth door now. That's unacceptable. Especially after I tipped the kid $10.

Spoke with service person to order 4 tires, schedule a wheel alignment and appointment over the phone. The service person said he ordered tires and made me an appointment for the next day at 12 pm. Because of my schedule I dropped off my car at 10 am. Where I also made another appointment for my other vehicle for 4 pm the same day. I ran late and arrived at 5 pm to pick up my vehicle only to find my truck on the lift with the donut still on the rear of my vehicle and 2 tires on the other side removed. I went in to see was everything OK. The sales person said they were supposed to have called because only two tires came in the order. So I asked why was 2 of my tires off on 1 side and donut still on rear. So I had to wait an additional hour while they switched the tires around. Then they were just going to put my spare in the trunk. I had to instruct them on how to place th spare back in place under the truck correctly. When I asked should they atheist give me a discount for the unprofessional treatment he said I'm given you the special price for buy 3 tires and get 1 free. BUT I STILL NEED TWO TIRES AND WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND HAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY! After all that I left and while driving down the highway my front hood opened. NOW WHY WERE THEY UNDER THE HOOD TO CHANGE TIRES?

I giving five stars today because Mr. Diego was very pleasant and understanding and made sure my issue was corrected in the past previous employees did not care as much but Diego was great and he got my car back on the road again…. Thank you Diego @ Firestone on Old Capital Trail in Wilm., DE

The employees are friendly, yet professional, and respectful. The customer service is excellent. The wait time usually isn’t too bad. The last two times I’ve been at the Old Capitol Trail location, Diego (the manager, I believe) was wonderful cooperating with me on the work being done on my car.
