The front desk staff is the absolute worst . Very unprofessional very rude and always seem to make it feel as though you’re bothering them by calling or asking for help . I had found a new doctor just due to them alone. If you look at over half of the reviews everyone feels the exact same way . I’m also looking to see where I need to go file a complaint on them due to a hipa violation.

Only been a patient here a short while,office staff is unfriendly, and unprofessional,Dr Jose Castro is doesn't like to listen to his patients,thinks he knows everything cuz he is the Doctor.doesnt communicate well with patients,doesn't hear his patients.Iam seeking another Doctor ASAP

You can't understand what the medical staff up front is saying. Then it's hard to even get a hold of anyone. When you try to make an appointment they never have anything available that same week. It's always two weeks out. They don't even have any available video appointments

I've been a patient for the last 16 years. My doctor Marcia Castro is one of the best doctor out there she takes her time with her patient Dr Castro also very understanding to make sure all your needs are met and her staff speaks Spanish and they also are very polite and very knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my doctors. My husband goes to Dr.Ampadu at the same office and he also very happy with him. He also takes his time to also make sure all his needs are met also Dr. Ampadu very knowledgeable and very understanding. We gives this Doctors a very high rating besides I had referred so many to their practice.

I have called an been very appropriate speaking and always met with rude cold and abrupt comments. I understand we’re in a panda Emil and every ones safety is being considered but do u have to be so aggressive speaking I really don’t think you do.

Dr. Jose Castro was very prompt in prescribing me a COVID test. As a new patient, he also gave me the perk of having a complete blood test as well.

The whole group are phenomenal physicians. If your looking for a practice that rush and not actually listen, or treat then go ahead to. I have had the pleasure of being seen by Jose and Marcia Castro and Dr. Franklin Ampadu. They take the neccessary time needed to see and observe their patients. They are very thorough. Front desk staff are kind, patient and professional. All of the staff goes above and beyond. Very welcoming atmosphere At times the office gets super busy seeing many patients, some walk ins, it can be a very long wait at times, however, each and every doctor is worth the wait.

Dr. Marcia Castro Cares about patients and like I told her today during our annual check-up appointment, she doesn't miss a beat. Waiting was long but it's worth having a kind and gentle doctor that cares. My family goes to her now including grandma and sister.

There is a bit of a wait every time that I have a scheduled visit but there are many patients coming in and out. I absolutely love this Dr. Castro. She cares for her patients.

never met an office staff more rude and unprofessional before this. the doctors are great but good luck getting to see them, my first time there i spent an hour and a half waiting. if you ever work a job where you're only able to do private calls on lunch time then you better pray its before or after the WHOLE office closes for lunch. The office staff seems to be more worried about getting back to talking or off the phone with you than to help you. after all it is a medical office a little empathy in your delivery would be great. good bilingual doctors are hard to come by but most clients will be driven off before they can even see the doctors by the office staff. i truly hope they see this and take a close look at the faces representing their practice and make a change for the better.
